I called Wrights Heating and Air this morning because our A/C wasn’t cooling. I spoke with Mrs Kelly, she was great to speak with and put us on the schedule for this afternoon. She was very professional and easy to talk with. Tech AJ arrived and diagnosed our problem and quickly repaired the unit. AJ was very polite and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that appreciates your business!

Mr. Michael Wright, the owner of this awesome company was my consultant who came out and evaluated my old unit, which led me to purchase a new one with his expertise. This was one of the best investment I could have ever made. I appreciate his awesome customer service and integrity.Kelly is the most friendliest administrators that I’ve witnessed, she’s the reason I have the service plan. She keeps me updated on when my service is due, and always willing to adapt to my schedule in order to get this done.To speak with someone that is consistent in personality, which is so uplifting and provide that great customer service is awesome!!!A.J., the tech, provides and demonstrates the best customer service by sharing his knowledge of the tasks that he’s completed. He’s very thorough in getting his tasks done in a timely manner. Once he’s completed, he communicates his concerns and the results he found while servicing my unit. He’s always respectful when he comes and always makes sure he put on his shoe covers.He represents Wright’s Hearing and Air with high integrity. Im thankful to have him come and service my unit. Sunday my thermostat randomly shut off and was completely blank. I was told by my coworker to contact Wright’s. I spoke with Miss Kelly this morning and she was able to get us scheduled for 3:30 the same day. Jonathan and AJ were able to come out early! They were so kind, professional and informative!! There was a blown fuse and were able to fix it as well as do a Super Tune Up for $89 and the total for the entire repair was 183! They were also able to insulate the refrigerant line same day as well. I would recommend Jonathan and AJ a million times. They are so knowledgeable and kind. They were efficient and highly skilled technicians. I would highly encourage you if you need help with your HVAC or AC to go with Wrights!!Thank you so much Jonathan and AJ!!!

We got a second opinion from Wright's after one of the other local HVAC services insisted our entire ceiling had to come down to replace a leaking duct in our house.Michael and his team determined they could do the repair and only make a few small holes in the ceiling for access along with some pre existing access points so we went ahead with the repairs.Michael and his team were able to complete the repairs in less than 2 hours and only cutting 2 small access holes.The quality of work is great, communication is on point and they exceeded all expectations while saving us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend
