Upon realizing my AC was not cooling as it normally does, I called Moore AC requesting a service visit. They were able to accommodate the next day. Raymond was my technician, and despite me being at work he communicated with my daughter who was home and called me as well as explaining everything and taking pictures of everything. I was please with his friendliness, his determination to provide me with pictures and a thorough report as well as how fast he was able to get our home cool again. Highly recommend Raymond.
