My A/C went out on Saturday morning. I was told 6-8AM Sunday was their earliest available and I told the lady that was fine. It was almost 100° all day, leaving my house sweltering all day and night, making it difficult to breathe with my medical condition. I called again on Sunday at 7:24, because I had not received a call yet letting me know when the technician expected to arrive. The lady told me she would contact the technician and have him call me back in five to ten minutes. Nothing. I called back at 7:40. This time, I was told that the technician said he didn't service my area. Really? I got their number from someone who uses this company for multiple properties in my area. If the technician didn't want to be here between six and eight or woke up late, that is not my problem. Howevever, since it is too much for anyone at that company to be truthful, I want them to understand it is a problem for them to have a shady business. You as consumers should pass on this company since they aren't honest and will leave you in the lurch.

If I could give zero stars I would! I would honestly never use this business just from the disrespectful experience over a phone call. I called trying to get in contact with an owner or manager and not once but 3 times was I hung up on. I’m not sure if the lady’s name but it was a lady with an accent answering the phone.

I was assigned this company by American home shield. They came out and diagnosed my dryer. Found out my dryer needs to be replaced because the parts are no longer available. Well I’ve called and their voicemail box is always full. I spoken with Robert a couple of times in regards to having them get in contact with American home shield authorization department so they can replace my dryer. Well it’s been going on 8 weeks now without a dryer. I contacted ahs they tell they’ve been trying to get in contact with these guys and no one from stillhouse appliance has called them back or replied to the numerous emails sent to them from ahs. It seems I have to call ahs and start with another contractor. It’s a dang shame people pay them to come out and look at whatever needs fixing. Then turn around and get no service in return if the customer needs a new appliance. I will be reporting them to the bbb. Do not do business with this company.

In May of 2021 my refrigerator stopped working. Through American Home Shield these contractors came to evaluate. They seemed really down to earth and also busy but reliable nonetheless. All went well until it was time to replace the part that was missing. It was impossible to get in touch with them.Timeline:May 2021- contractors contactedMay 2021-contractors visited my house, (only visit)June 2021- AHS sent parts to contractorsJune 2021-contractors reported the job was completedJuly 2021-after numerous calls I finally get in contact with contractors and they agree to get me on their schedule but no date set due to being overly busyBetween End Of July and now end of September, I have been unable to contact these contractors.I also tried numerous times to find out the issue but AHS was of little help until they figured out the contractors had lied to them. Now four months later, a new refrigerator, and a broken refrigerator in my garage, I’m finally getting a new contractor to fix my initial issue.While I’m sure that their work is good, their customer service and reliability need much work.I do not recommend.
