I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of customer service my son experienced at your Albany, GA location at 2303 Dawson Rd.On his recent visit, my son was denied an oil change because he did not have my physical Firestone card with him. I have never had this issue at any other Firestone location, as stores have always been able to look up my account or accept alternative payment methods.What made this situation worse was the way it was handled by your employee, Brian. He did not make eye contact with my son, offered no assistance or alternatives, and seemed irritated by his presence. This was especially disappointing because this was my son’s first time managing car maintenance on his own, and instead of building trust in Firestone’s services, this experience left him feeling unwelcome.As a loyal Firestone customer for years, I expect better. After this encounter, I am hesitant to visit this location—or any location under the same management—again. I feel it is important that management is aware of the type of service being offered at this store.I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure that future customers, especially young drivers, do not have a similar negative experience.

Have been in twice with an Avis Rental car. First time I waited over an hour for an oil change to have someone come in with an appointment and have to wait even longer. The managing partner was rude and not helpful when I asked about it. So I left and went to another location and received 5 star service.Had an issue with a bolt in a tire and Avis again asked me to take it here for repair. Been here an hour and 45 minutes so far. They had to get a tire from the warehouse across town which took over 30 minutes and it’s been over 20 minutes waiting to get it put on since it arrived. Even had to ask the service guy why he was sitting in the vehicle in the parking lot for 5 minutes what he was doing.The young lady helping me communicated very well but when she went to lunch the communication dropped totally.A little communication goes a long way. I hate to say typical Albany service, but if the tire fits……

It's not often you find such well-maintained facilities at places like this. Everything was tidy, and it really made my visit more enjoyable.
