He works extra hard to find discounts and promotions to lower the cost of the equipment and does not add any additional markup to the equipment. He only charged for the installation materials and labor involved. Since this was a rental, there was no rush to get the system installed and he gave me an extra break on the installation cost since he was able to work on it at his own pace. He installed some new duct work, a new return line with a filter assembly, ran new gas piping to our water heater, and new exhaust to our water heater as well. He went above the scope of the work and we are very satisfied with the work, quality, and cleanliness.

I had to use him because of my home warranty company made me use him (probably because they know you won't make another claim after your first). Not only was there not a spot to install a filter on my furnace, but what he did was not up to code. On top of that, I went all last summer without a/c and still don't have it. My plan is to have someone reputable finish the job and sue him and the home warranty company.DO NOT USE HIM!
May 21, 2018 · David WingardIf I could it would be no stars!!!!After i recieved their info from my home warrranty company they came out told me basically my furnace needed replaced. wrote them $100 check for the service call that they had me write to e's construstion. Called the next day to get an update on when we would be getting this done he said he turned everything into my warranty and was waiting to hear back if I had not heard from them by end of day to call him. So I waited and called the warranty co. and they said they have no recieved anything from him. They called him while Iwas on hold and he told them that he would send it by the end of the day. The next morning I called still nothing and myself or the warranty co were not able to reach him. So I called the next day and some one answered and told me they would give him my message. After 4 days of no call backs and the warranty company was getting the same run around I had to start this whole thing again with another company. The check I wrote to them has been cashed and they will not return any phone calls. I would not have them do work for me if they paid me to do it. Very very very unprofessional andsimply crooks I will be looking into how I can get my money refunded as it was either pay the 100 or the cost of the repair which ever was less. Obviously there was no repair done so I dont feel that they should have cashed a check when they couldnt even return phone calls!
