Installation technicians Zach & Connor did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly for the scheduled day of install, and were professional, polite, and efficient from start to finish. I was surprised how quickly they got the old A/C units uninstalled, and the new units installed. They also went the extra mile to clean up debris, and move things back into place that were necessary to move during installation. Thank you for a job well done, and getting my A/C up and running again.

An AWESOME experience from the first phone call to set up an appointment. This company works together as a whole. There is constant communication amongst themselves, and with customers. Martin Martinez came out to service the unit and found that I needed a replacement. The company worked with me to find the ideal situation in order for me to get one the next day. Kyler and Randy came to install the unit. They were very helpful, efficient, and kind. As a whole,I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a company that I feel is honest and won’t take advantage of your situation!

From start to finish the entire process was stress free. They arrived on time, and worked in an organized and efficient manner with each tech completing specific tasks to complete all facets of the installation as one. Replaced two complete systems in four hours.Took the time to explain the installation process, and made sure both thermostat were connected to WiFi and I had the app set up correctly. Insured both systems were operating properly in all modes and documented system parameters complete with photos.Very responsible and respectful crew!!

After living in the home for 20 years, and having an air conditioning system that was almost as old, we chose to replace it.Rick K. came out on Tuesday, we agreed on a price, and The installation was scheduled for the next day at 8:00 a.m., Dean and Wayne were right on time!Both technicians were very professional, answered several questions for us, and finish the job in 4 hours. They cleaned up everything when they were done, leaving it better than when they arrived.I am happy to recommend AC Warehouse for anybody looking for quality, value and professionalism!So, it's 2 days after the installation, I was out all day, and when I got home, at 5:00 p.m., I turned the thermostat down 3° and after about 90 seconds the whole system shut down. So, due to the hour, I called the office and spoke to Jessica; she assured me that she would have somebody available until at least 10:00 p.m., if necessary. The system started back up and ran flawlessly for an hour, at which time I was going to call them back, when Jessica called me!!! I reported to her that everything seemed to be functioning properly.She reiterated to me that she would have somebody available for the next several hours, and not to hesitate to give her a call.Now, I have on several businesses in the seven plus decades I've been around, and I felt very fortunate when I was able to hire somebody who cared as much as Jessica did about my issue this afternoon.I think most of us would agree that finding this sort of customer service is becoming more and more rare. I am really glad that I chose AC Warehouse, and I will in the future...

This post is in response to AC Warehouses response our earlier post….You stated that it was your practice to recommend annual replacement of UV lights for AC units. However, not one time did either of the technicians that recommended this service say it was recommended for annual maintenance, they said that our light needed to be replaced period. Also, why would they feel the need to unplug it and/or blatantly lie that was burned out, because that’s exactly what they did. In fact the second technician was bold enough to take a picture of what appeared as a burned out UV light on our AC unit and attach it to an email that was sent to us afterwards to show proof of it so we would then pay $300 to have it replaced. Also, how can you even remotely justify charging your customers $300 for a $50 UV light that probably takes at the most 5-10 minutes to replace? That’s pure insanity. Again, you have not convinced me that you are not a dishonest company preying on your customers that are at your mercy to render a service that is necessary in the climate that we have here in the state of Florida. We still stand on our word that we will not be recommending your services to any one we know and hope you learn how to work on improving the integrity of your company. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to serving your community and especially if you want returning satisfied customers. Attaching pictures again of the one your technician took of what appeared as a burned out UV light, and then the one we took after she left for your viewing pleasure. Have a nice day!
