They will not try to oversell, they will give you multiple options, and they will always do it with a friendly smile. There is a lot of trust on 54 years of service in League City. Weeks stands out as the best. The technician that came today, Jonathan, was absolutely awesome. He was very friendly, he definitely knew what he was doing, how he was doing it, and who he was doing it for. This is everything when it comes to sales and service. This is why we only use Weeks. To the management at Weeks, Jonathan is wonderful to have in the home. He doesn't rush through, and communicates very very concisely with the customer in a manner that they can understand. Keep him around as long as you can. He's a great tech.
Apr 24, 2025 · JOHN CONNERHad a clogged toilet and tub. Called and got same day service. Got a window of time a plumber would be out and a picture of the plumber who was coming. Plumbers came out (Sam and Trey) were very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I feel like I was quoted a good price and treated fairly. They fixed what I asked to be fixed gave me some suggestions on what may need to be addressed in the future. I appreciate that Sam was not pushy but honest, and that the work was discussed and agreed upon before the work was even done. Will use Weeks from now on out. And will refer to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

He also taught us a few useful things we didn’t know before. It was clear he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping us feel confident in how to maintain and operate our system. The support staff at the office called to let us know he was running late and kept us informed with a text message on when he was coming. Along with many other customers that have left disappointing reviews, my family has faithfully used Weeks, but it would appear that Weeks is no longer a local company geared towards providing quality work and reasonably priced service. Last week my mother's a/c unit stopped cooling, she called Weeks and they gave her a window of time to expect the technician to come. When he arrived (at the very end of the four hour window) and inspected the unit he diagnosed that the motor was faulty and recommended to her that she get a new unit. My mother is 73 years old and just a few weeks ago my father passed away. My mother explained this to the technician and explained that until everything is settled with my father's estate she is a little worried about large expenses. Somehow the amount that she could afford at the moment came up. The technician told her he could replace the motor and get her through the rest of the summer and then talked about her calling Weeks in the fall to get a quote on a new a/c. After an hour or so of work, he told us that the new motor was installed and that the unit should start blowing cold air. He wrote up the invoice and "generously" waived the diagnostic fee. The total for the part and work was almost exactly what my mother said she could afford! The work was completed Monday afternoon - by Saturday afternoon the fan motor stopped working completely. Now as we wait for a technician to come out I start looking at things and discover that a universal condenser fan motor for my mother's a/c unit costs at most $250. She was charged 10 times that! Interesting enough the invoice does not breakdown the work into parts and labor. I notice that the response to other people's reviews begin with Weeks asking for a job number - there is not a job number listed on my mother's invoice (the invoice number is 3130023). I guess we will wait and see what the technician says today.
