Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating Introduce
For Texans, a reliable and well-functioning home is essential, especially when it comes to managing the state's extreme weather. The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is the heart of a home's comfort, and when it fails, finding a trustworthy general contractor is paramount. In Tomball, Texas, residents have a variety of options, one of which is Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating. This company operates as a general contractor with a specific focus on HVAC, serving the needs of the local community. However, the experience of customers with this company appears to be varied, with feedback ranging from high praise to severe dissatisfaction. This article aims to provide a factual and comprehensive overview of Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating, presenting both the positive and negative public data available to help local users make an informed decision.
The role of a general contractor is to provide a wide range of services, often managing a project from start to finish. In the case of Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating, this role is centered on HVAC systems. Some customers have had excellent experiences, highlighting the company’s honesty and expertise. For example, one customer praised a technician named Donny for saving them thousands of dollars. After a previous company had recommended a full furnace replacement, Donny from Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating assessed the situation and determined that a new furnace was not necessary. This act of honesty and thoroughness was deeply appreciated, with the customer expressing immense gratitude and recommending the company to everyone they know. This positive feedback suggests that the company, at times, demonstrates a high level of integrity and skill, providing a valuable service to those in need of expert HVAC work.
However, another customer’s experience presents a stark contrast, painting a picture of significant dissatisfaction and frustration. This review, which strongly advises against using the company, details a long and troubling ordeal related to a home warranty claim. The customer, who was assigned Caesars by their home warranty company, claims the technician, also named Don (or Donny), was unprofessional and unhelpful. The technician reportedly spent only five minutes on the property, did not conduct a proper assessment, and then provided a false report to the warranty company. The customer alleges that this led to a week of no AC in the middle of a Houston summer, with the company refusing to provide the necessary report to the warranty company and tacking on nearly $1,800 in non-covered charges. This feedback raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability, professionalism, and honesty, particularly when dealing with third-party home warranty companies.
Location and accessibility are important factors for any local service provider. Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating is located at 11922 Canyon Falls Dr, Tomball, TX 77375, USA. This location places them within the community they serve, allowing them to dispatch technicians to Tomball and the surrounding areas. For a general contractor, a local presence can be a significant advantage, providing a sense of community connection and the potential for a quicker response time. However, the negative review suggests that a local presence does not always guarantee a timely or professional service. The customer’s ordeal, which involved a week-long delay and multiple unreturned phone calls, indicates that accessibility might be a point of contention for some clients. For locals, knowing a business's physical location can be a double-edged sword, offering convenience for some while highlighting frustrating communication breakdowns for others.
The company’s address in Tomball makes it geographically accessible for local residents in need of AC and heating services. However, the critical review implies that a physical location and a working phone number are not sufficient to ensure a satisfactory outcome. The customer's inability to get the necessary report submitted and the communication issues with technician Don suggest that internal processes and customer service may not always meet professional standards. For a general contractor, especially one dealing with essential home systems, reliable and clear communication is as important as technical skill. The conflicting reviews highlight the need for potential customers to consider both the technical expertise and the business practices of a contractor before hiring them, especially in scenarios involving home warranty companies or complex claims.
The services offered by Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating primarily focus on HVAC systems, a crucial area for any Texas home. As a general contractor, their services would likely include a range of tasks related to heating and cooling. However, based on the provided information, the quality and reliability of these services appear to vary significantly. A key aspect of a general contractor’s work is providing a full and accurate assessment of a problem, something one review praises and another review claims was completely neglected. This discrepancy makes it difficult to ascertain a consistent service standard.
Based on the provided reviews, the services offered by Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating are described as:
- HVAC System Assessment and Repair: This service is highlighted in both reviews. One positive review praises an honest assessment that saved the customer money, while a negative review claims a technician failed to conduct a proper assessment, instead relying on a homeowner's guess.
- Furnace and AC Unit Repair and Installation: The positive review mentions a furnace, and the negative review concerns a broken AC unit, suggesting the company handles both heating and cooling systems.
- Work with Home Warranty Companies: The negative review details a complicated and ultimately failed attempt to get a repair covered by a home warranty company, highlighting a potential area of difficulty for this business.
The features and highlights of Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating are difficult to define with consistency due to the contradictory nature of the reviews. On one hand, there is the highlight of honesty and integrity. A positive review highlights a technician's willingness to tell the truth about a repair need, even when it meant a smaller payout for the company. This act of saving a customer thousands of dollars is a significant feature that would undoubtedly attract new clients. This customer-first mentality, if consistently applied, would be a major selling point and a powerful highlight of the company’s operations. However, the other review completely undermines this positive feature, describing a company that is “untrustworthy” and a “scam” that takes advantage of people in a vulnerable position. The alleged behavior of withholding information and tacking on non-covered charges is the opposite of the highlight praised in the first review, creating a confusing and concerning picture for potential customers.
Key features and highlights, as presented in public data, are:
- Honesty and integrity (as per one positive review): A technician reportedly saved a customer thousands by providing an honest assessment, a feature that is highly valued.
- Professionalism and reliability: The positive review praises the technician as "the absolute best," but the negative review labels the company as "completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unreliable."
- Dealing with home warranty claims: This appears to be a key area of service, but also a point of significant contention and negative feedback.
For those in Tomball, TX, who are considering Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating for their general contracting and HVAC needs, here is the public contact information. Given the mixed reviews, it is essential for potential customers to approach with caution and to ask detailed questions about pricing, project timelines, and how the company handles home warranty claims before committing to any service. The direct phone number is the primary way to get in touch with the company and a physical address is also provided for reference.
Contact Information:
- Address: 11922 Canyon Falls Dr, Tomball, TX 77375, USA
- Phone: (713) 269-1189
In conclusion, whether Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating is a suitable choice for locals in the Tomball, TX, region appears to be a matter of individual experience. The company’s public reputation is not consistently positive, and potential customers must weigh the conflicting information carefully. While one review praises the honesty and knowledge of a technician who saved them money, another recounts a nightmare scenario involving dishonesty, unreliability, and a disregard for professional conduct, particularly in the context of a home warranty claim. For Texans, who rely on their HVAC systems to get through the seasons, selecting a general contractor is a critical decision. The provided information about Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating suggests a company with a strong potential for positive service, but also a significant risk for negative outcomes. Locals are advised to proceed with caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and consider all available feedback before making a final decision.

Caesars Air Conditioning and Heating Reviews
Donny is the absolute best. I received a terrible quote by a previous company who said I needed to purchase a new furnace. Donny came out and assessed everything. Turns out, I didn’t. He was honest, thorough, and helpful. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. I will always be grateful for Donny. I’d recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you a million times, Donald!!
Oct 21, 2023 · DenaDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If your home warranty assigns them to you, immediately tell them you want another company. Caesar’s Air Conditioning and Heating is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unreliable. They are a SCAM. If I could give negative stars for this company I would. My home warranty, First American, assigned Caesar’s to come and fix my AC unit. I called Caesar’s on a Thursday and Don said he could come by on Saturday. Technician Don showed up and stayed no more than 5 minutes on our property. Don asked my husband how long we had lived in the house (3 weeks at the time), asked what my husband thought was the issue with the AC, and then left without giving us any information. I called him right after he left and he said to call the warranty company. I then called First American who told me that Don’s report stated that the AC coils had been leaking for 4 weeks (1 week longer than we had lived in the house) and that they would not cover the repair. I then sent them our home inspection report that had just been completed prior to move-in which stated that the AC was working perfectly. First American then said they would cover the repair, but needed a full report from the contractor so they could order the necessary parts to fix the AC. I called Don back and told him what they needed, and he said he already sent them the report (this was Saturday). Monday comes and I call the warranty company, who tells me Don has still not sent them the needed report. First American then said they called Don while we were on the phone and he said he would submit the report that day. I call later Monday afternoon and First American tells me that Don still has not sent the report in; again they say they call him and he says he will submit it later that night. Tuesday morning comes and I call First American and again they state Don has not submitted the necessary report. I call Don Tuesday morning and he tells me he had just submitted the report. I call First American back and they tell me that no, Don has not submitted the necessary report and they are still unable to order the part to fix my AC. First American then tells me that Caesar’s has added multiple non-covered charges totaling $1785 that we will need to pay in order to fix the AC unit. My husband calls Don Tuesday afternoon and Don tells him that he “told First American what my husband believed was wrong with the AC.” So not only is this company refusing to relay the appropriate report to our home warranty, but Don also did not even do his own assessment of the AC unit and apparently just told them what my husband thought was wrong with the unit. This company is an absolute scam and is taking advantage of people who are under duress with no AC in the middle of a Houston summer. Technician Don is non-compliant, unprofessional, untrustworthy and absolutely unreliable. We have now gone 1 week with no AC in the middle of the summer because Caesar’s refuses to do their job. They are purposely withholding the necessary information needed to order parts for our AC unit (while tacking on extremely unnecessary charges) and therefore denying us any ability to fix the AC through our home warranty company. RUN AWAY.
Aug 12, 2020 · Stephanie DantimoWhen you expect a bit more professionalism and courtesy in this times. The person who came by was smelling like smoke and not wearing a mask. Came in but didn't measure the Ac pressure and or check all the vents I was letting him know, that weren't blowing any air and in just 5 or 6 minutes after going into attic suggested there is Nothing wrong with ac, but poor Duct manufacturing. Now my Ac still Not working and of course my First American Home warranty Won't cover the issue because according to Ceasar's Ac is Not a problem. I have to live with my Ac Not cooling in master bedroom, restroom and closet.
Oct 06, 2020 · Nancy GalindoThey never fixed my AC yet they billed my home warranty company for freon that was never added into my AC unit. Now I owe money to my home warranty company for work they never did. Basically thieves.
Oct 22, 2021 · Jonathan HsiehDonny has done several jobs for me. Very honest, professional, and economical. I highly recommend.
