While technician was en route I confirmed via text there was a vendor currently leaving, however we would not be moving forward with them.The technician asked if it was a system replacement, we confirmed repair only. The technician responded we should order the part from the vendor prior to his visit even though we confirmed we would not be moving forward this vendor.Personally I value customer service and the ambition to earn business. Barton Brothers is not the vendor for us.

From initial contact throughout the appointment, they displayed exemplary customer service and communication -- promptly texting our service tech's name and appointment information.The actual service visit was incredibly thorough, timely, and professional. We were very happy and will be highly recommending Barton Brothers to others in our local market.They absolutely get an A++++ so please consider them at the time you might require heating and air service(s). :)

Jun 28, 2024 · Melissa BuckWe returned home from vacation to find both of our heat pump units not working. Based on a recommendation from a friend we called Barton Brothers. They came out quickly to find that both motors were shot and they would have to order new ones which would be in the following Wednesday. They neither showed up or called on Wednesday. I called them on Thursday and spoke with a very nice lady who said our job was not on the board but didn’t know why. Only that if the job was not on the board it wasn’t scheduled. I requested that she find out more and let me know the status. She did so and got back to me quickly stating that the motors had come in but one was damaged and they had to order another and apologized for the tech not letting me know. He told her he expected the new unit by the following Monday. It was in the high 80’s and we were without air for a week and a half already. Monday came and went with no word. I called again and spoke to the very nice lady who had, again, been told nothing. She had the tech himself call me back. He told me should be able to get out Friday to install the motors, which they finally did, nearly three weeks after we called them the first time. Had I not called them we wouldn’t have known what the holdup was.I found this company extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and wouldn’t use them again.
