A/C Brokers LLC Introduce
In North Texas, a functional and reliable HVAC system is an absolute necessity for comfort and safety, especially during the extreme summer heat. For residents and business owners in Greenville and the surrounding areas, finding a trusted heating and cooling service provider is a key part of maintaining a comfortable indoor environment. A/C Brokers LLC is a local business that operates in the region, offering a range of services designed to address various HVAC needs. This article will provide a factual overview of the company, including its location, services, and key considerations for potential customers, based on available public information.
A/C Brokers LLC is a Greenville-based company that provides services for heating and air conditioning systems. Like many local contractors, they offer a variety of services aimed at keeping residential and commercial properties comfortable year-round. While the company's public-facing information might highlight a commitment to quality and service, a thorough review of public feedback is essential for potential customers to make an informed decision. The experiences of past clients provide a valuable perspective on a company's operational practices, customer service, and dedication to standing behind its work.
A critical aspect of any service-based business is its ability to deliver on its promises and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Public reviews, however, raise significant concerns about A/C Brokers LLC in this regard. A customer testimonial from 2016 describes a problematic experience following an annual maintenance service. The customer paid for a service that was intended to include blowing out the condensate lines, but a recurring issue with water leakage from the overflow persisted. When the company was called back to address the unresolved problem, a second technician was dispatched who successfully fixed the issue by blowing out a second, previously neglected line.
The most significant issue raised in this review is the company’s subsequent billing for a service that should have been covered under the initial visit. The customer reported receiving a $150 bill for the follow-up service and was told that the issue was a "plumbing problem," not a fault in the initial work. This is a concerning practice, as it suggests a lack of accountability and a failure to stand behind the quality of their work. The customer's perspective is that they were charged for a service that was not completed correctly the first time and then charged again to have the job properly finished. This type of experience can seriously erode customer trust and lead to a negative reputation within the community.
In the HVAC industry, where trust and reliability are paramount, a company’s response to a service-related issue is a key indicator of its professionalism. The public review highlights a situation where the company did not honor its previous work, instead attempting to re-classify the problem to justify a second charge. For a local homeowner, this kind of experience can be frustrating and costly. It underscores the importance of a company that not only performs the work correctly but also takes responsibility when a mistake or oversight is made.
Beyond the issue of accountability, the review also touches on the cost of services. The customer reported being charged a substantial fee for a service that was not performed correctly the first time. For a local family operating on a budget, an unexpected second charge for a follow-up visit can be a significant financial burden. This makes it crucial for potential customers to get a clear and detailed breakdown of all services and charges upfront and to understand the company's policies regarding follow-up visits for unresolved issues.
In conclusion, while A/C Brokers LLC serves the Greenville area, potential customers should be aware of the public feedback regarding their service practices. The documented experience of a customer being charged twice for the same unresolved issue is a critical factor to consider. This case highlights the importance of a company standing behind its work and maintaining a high standard of customer care. For locals seeking a reliable HVAC partner, it is advisable to research a company's reputation for accountability and transparent billing practices.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Paid AC Brokers to come out and perform annual maintenance on my AC units. When he arrived on 06/02/2016, I explained to him that water was coming out of my overflow. He said he would take care of it during the service. The he charged me $225 to blow my lines and top off my Freon. Now, I don’t go into my back yard often, but when I went out on 06/15/2016, there was water coming out of my over flow. I called A/C Brokers to explain the situation and he stated he would get a technician out same day. When the tech arrived, I showed him the over flow was leaking and when we looked at the unit, one line was fine and the second line was leaking. This second tech blew both lines and when we checked the over flow, the leaking had stopped. Now is where the fun begins. I then got a $150 bill to pay for the service I paid them to provide the first time. A/C Brokers would not stand behind their work and instead said ‘I had a plumbing problem’. If it was a plumbing problem, how did the tech resolve the issue when I stood there and ensured he blew the lines?! I would not recommend this vendor because a) I was charged for something that wasn’t done and b) they didn’t stand behind their work and I was charged a second time.

Jun 15, 2016 · Moe MosbyA/C Brokers was contracted to repair the broken indoor A/C unit in my home. After the repair, the energy usage in my home almost tripled two months in a row. A/C Brokers came back out to re-check the unit. Once the technician arrived, he immediately noticed something wasn’t right and found that when A/C Brokers originally repaired the air conditioning unit, the other technician on scene with him had wired it to run both heat and air at the same time, thus causing the increased energy usage and higher electricity bill. I contacted the owner and requested to be repaid the increased electric bill charges. He offered to repay some but not all and ended up hanging up on me. I ultimately sued him in smalls claims court and won. He was given 21 days to repay me, and did NOT pay me by the deadline. The court advised me I could place a lien on his property as well as have a constable seize and sell his property to pay me what was owed. I gave the company a courtesy call before doing so to request the money one more time. The owner was argumentative again on the phone saying he had already sent the money via certified mail (which the post office had no record of). That conversation must have made a difference because we got our money 3 days later. The reason I am writing this is to warn others that not only can their work not be trusted, but the owner will not repay what he owes, including not meeting deadlines set by the court. Ultimately, I was repaid, but it was after 6 months, a court case and a follow up phone call. It is not worth the hassle when there are so many other companies out there.

Nov 03, 2018 · Jenn Cook$150 to have the a/c drain blown out only to have it clog a week later. Checked if they had any warranty on their fix and they said my plumbing was clogged I may need a plumber or it would be $150 again. No diagnosis was done and there is obviously something else wrong and nothing was even looked at. I blew it out myself it was clogged again, but I will be having another Ac company out to see what else is wrong. Also my Attic was torn up the insulation that I laid myself was all mashed and my exhaust vent from my kitchen stove was knocked down. Also dry wall pieces there were holding up the insulation on a vaulted ceiling wall was torn down. I don't feel like my house was taken care of and I was overcharged for a problem that was suppose to be corrected and wasn't.Update: I blew out the drain last night myself and it's clear today. Had this verified by another Ac company. I posted this I received a phone call and an offer to pay for the a/c person I had out today to verify the line was now clear.Update: a/c brokers said they’d pay for the other a/c guy and never sent me a check. The line I blew out myself has stayed clear for over a year.

Oct 04, 2018 · Lydia ConradI was some what happy with the service when I used them, other than the fact it took a second trip to fix the issue. And the price was reasonable. But when I referred them to my son, it became a nightmare! One issue turned into multiple issues. And the last issue has not been resolved and now they want to come out and remove the new motor they installed that was smaller than the one they took out! And the technician that was there told one of the roommates that it was all in his head implying that he's crazy! He still has AC issues and they're wanting to take the motor and leave them without one.

Sep 12, 2017 · CANDY HARTKORNI have used AC Brokers for several years now. One of my systems is 12 years old and they keep it up and running. I had them install my other system and they have completely warrantied their work. They always show up when they say they will and their whole team is friendly and experienced.
