Top Notch absolutely lived up to their name! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We needed a new HVAC unit and Levi & Logan took the time to walk us through everything, explaining the pros and cons, and making sure we felt confident in our decision. There was no pressure, just honest, expert guidance.What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They went above and beyond by getting the installation done the following day, which also happened to be a Saturday. Knowing that the coming week was set to be in the upper 80s/low 90s, they contacted the warehouse to ensure the unit would be available to pick up Saturday morning and called the installers while at my kitchen table to arrange for service - something you just don’t see often these days. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. 5 stars indeed! Our 23 year old AC system went out on a Sunday morning. Logan was here quick and explained the issues and the replacement options! They had the new system ordered and delivered in no time! The technicians that installed the unit were fantastic! Jack, Cage, and Jake were very polite and knowledgeable. Had a great experience with top notch! Logan was very helpful and was able to get me a new system going within a day of coming out. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!
