Cameron Ivy was the technician that came out to our house and evaluated our very horrible plumbing issues. He was very quick to come up with a plan, financing was a breeze and the crew started and completed this very big job the next day. We had our entire sewer system, including all new pipes and some water lines 100% replaced. The crew members Charles, Payton, Koy, and Taylor were absolutely amazing and very hard working. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to make sure they did everything possible to make us comfortable and explain everything they were doing. Southern Air was amazing!! Our AC went out overnight and they were here within a few hours to look at it. Our technicians Stevie & Tyler went above and beyond both were super professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get our new unit installed that day and stayed until they know it was running smoothly. This was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend them to others in the future!! They also offer financing if needed.
