Felix and the "J" Crew-Jose, Jessie, Joe, and Jason-went above and beyond to deliver the utmost in care, respect to our property, honoring our time, thoughtful detail, courteous service, and efficient delivery and install of our new AC unit. Never felt pressured, stressed, or doubtful of their professionalism at any point of the process. It was a big job for a rainy day and they came when they promised, communicated well, had a dry plan for everything, tarped a clear path from the porch all the way through the house to the attic, took their shoes off and used shoe coverings without being asked, cleaned up and took away all debris from the old unit, clean precisioned new vent and ductwork, gorgeous quiet unit on the exterior with a fantastic new slab cover...really exceptional! The app and new large digital screen thermostat were easy to set up and log in family members. Best experience with someone in my home ever!Adding to my post after a courtesy followup by Felix on Friday, April 25: Continued exceptional service with great communication, digital updates, email copies and documentation including receipts and warranties. This is the honest, good ol' boy we love local business and local manufacturing, handshake promises that mean something, kind of service. If you are sitting on the fence about who to call, these are your people! They are in it for the long term relationship, not just a sale.Adding one more time to my review (from April to July) after the install of our second AC system with Air Repair Pros. Yes, the second 22-year-old unit died an official death, and the team swiftly took tremendous care of us again! This time it included a larger system, extra ducting and an extra return that the original builder failed to get right, and VOILA we finally have every space in our house cool 😎 after more than 10 years of frustration with some rooms unbearably warm and others too cold. I requested an appointment last minute for some condensation I found on my air filter. Andrew R came out the next day and found I had some major issues. He was extremely patient in explaining all of my options and answering the million questions I had before making a major financial decision. I very much appreciated his patience and knowledge in everything. I am more comfortable with making such a pricey decision because of him.

I would give 0 rating. They just want to make money by suggesting false info and recommend spending thousands of dollar for issues which are not even there. Didn’t even send the technician for the second time even if I payed for the year they had to come twice in 12 months but only came once.Update- this is not so true. I called you after the visit in march about the fault of your technician and requested if I can cancel the membership as I was not happy with the service. Your team suggested I have to wait until august to cancel it as it’s a one year plan. The technician came and found an issue which was not there. Shutoff the power and won’t even turn it on saying it will shutoff again. Did all the testing and suggested the compressor is gone and gave me quote of about $4k. Non of the testing showed my compressor was not working. Because he could not figure out the issue, he just recommended replacing it. The original issue was not with the AC but with my trip panel which the higher capacity AC was connected to a lower trip and that was causing the AC to stop.

We are very happy with Air repair Pros. Our technician, Danny, has been amazing. He and Cole were very helpful when we had to get a new A/C and furnace installed for our downstairs. While it’s never fun to have to replace things in your home, they were extremely helpful in explaining everything and why it was needed. After the installation Danny returned to help us with other concerns such as balancing the air in our home. For years our bedroom has always been 3-4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and after the installation we still weren’t getting that room to cool down in fact it felt warmer. He came back as soon as he could and helped us get it all balanced out and our Master bedroom and bathroom are cooler than they have ever been in 14 years living in our home. He was very patient with our concerns and questions and we are so grateful to have our house cooling great when it’s 100+ degrees outside! Thank you air repair pros and Danny and Cole!
