They sourced, ordered, and installed a new brass kitchen faucet for me just over a year ago. A few months ago, a large connecting nut on the brass faucet split causing a serious leak. It appears either the faucet itself was defective or it was over tightened when installed.I contacted Strickland who spoke with their wholesale supplier- Coburn's- Lufkin. The wholesaler initially pushed the issue back to me, the customer, rather than honoring the part they purchased and sold to Strickland. After two firm and rather intense discussions, Strickland Plumbing--and specifically Scott Smith-- "made it right". They replaced the brass nut that split at no cost to me.I'm giving them 4 stars rather than 5 only because of their affiliation with their wholesaler, specifically "Cade" at Coburn's Supply- Lufkin, who was disrespectful and demeaning during our conversation about the issue.I commend Scott Smith and Strickland Plumbing for standing behind the product they sold and installed for me. In these times of diminishing customer service, Strickland Plumbing stands out as a company who upholds a high standard.
