Daniel, from the plumbing side, was out here yesterday and was able to find the issue with our condensation line on our hvac system. He was able to unclog the line and fix the other leaky issues we had in the line. He came back today and finished the job. Would definitely have them here again.

I recently contacted Stemmle Plumbing of Hampton Roads for leak detection services and was scheduled for a service visit. The plumber, Q, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I have no complaints about his service—he did his job well.However, my issue lies with the dispatch process. When I initially called, I clearly stated that I had already had previous assessments done and that I needed leak detection. The receptionist quoted me $125, and based on what I shared, I was under the impression that this fee was for the actual leak detection service. Instead, when the plumber arrived, I learned that the $125 was just for another assessment—one that ultimately confirmed what I already knew. I was then told that leak detection would be an additional $2,500.Had the dispatch accurately communicated what I had already explained, this unnecessary visit and charge could have been avoided. Whether this was an oversight or a common practice, I highly recommend that future customers double-check with dispatch to ensure that their request is properly understood and that the pricing quoted aligns with the actual service they need.Again, I appreciate Q’s professionalism, but I am disappointed with how this was handled on the front end. I hope the company considers refining its intake process to prevent similar issues for future customers.

I had Chris Pugh come out this evening at 11:45pm on a Saturday for an emergency call, he was here within 15 minutes of getting the call. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. We had moved into a new apartment first day and all the toilets had backed up along with the shower drain. He got everything taken care of in about an hour, (which was awesome). He explained the process of what we had happen and how he resolved it. Overall 10/10 experience. Great work, very respectful, and and the when all was said and done you wouldn’t know someone had done any work, very clean.
