A/C went out completely. Needed new inside and outside unit and new ducts. Pretty much an entire overhaul. Southern Chill showed up and showed out. Staying here all day to make sure we were up and running that night. Big thanks to Wesley, Rowdy, and the 2 other guys that I can’t recall their names they all earned an extra $5 haha I’ll call and recommend Southern Chill to anyone and everyone I get the chance to!

Very nice guys. Ms Karen was very helpful, as she offered suggestions to fix my problem over the phone. The owner was on call and the estimated time of arrival I was given was the time he arrived. Offered for me to contact them again if HVAC not working properly. All good so far. Very friendly and fast service. Would definitely use them again.
