He checked our system and cleaned it. Then he went over optic with us for a service plan and discussed the future of our system. He gave us options for saving money. Loved the custom service. It wasn’t about making a buck off of us, but about setting us up as a customer for now and the future. If you need an HVAC company, this is the only one you want to call! Fantastic.

I needed a new unit and Tony and Edwin went out of their way to help me with pricing and install that was as smooth as we could have hoped for. I would recommend anyone to use East Palmetto for their next job!!!!!
Jul 05, 2018 · Mike BehrendOur A/C went out one night and the next morning I called before the office was open. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Tony. He explained that there is no emergency call for after hours and was at my house within two hours. He took his time with the unit and answered all of our questions without hesitation and made suggestions for the right unit for our home. He didn't try to sell us a bigger unit, which another company did and was at our home the next morning (earlier than stated) and within eight hours we had a new A/C unit installed and cooling the house down. Tony even called the next day to make sure the unit was running properly. During the time we were without A/C they brought us a portable unit so we could sleep at night. I can't say enough good things about East Palmetto Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their prompt service. Thank you very much!!
Sep 21, 2018 · Annette BowmanWe had a new Carrier AC/Heat pump installed in February, 2018 by East palmetto.We had our first issue with the unit in the summer of 2018. They had to come out twice to fix the problem, which ended up being a bad circuit board.The second issue occurred in February of 2019. The heat pump stopped working.East palmetto came out twice to try and fix it but were not able to get the unit working properly. Now they have stopped responding to our requests for service. The last three times that I have called them they have either said that they would get back to me and then never called me back or said that someone would be out to look at the unit and then no one shows up!They obviously don't know how to fix our issue and have just given up.Cannot recommend East palmetto or Carrier equipment at this point. We have contacted Carrier customer service at least six times and they have done nothing for us either!If you need a new AC/ heating unit go with a Trane. Carrier has gone way downhill!
