After being without AC for four long, miserable days, I was desperate for fast, honest, and affordable help. I must have called at least seven different companies, but Lance was one of the very first to arrive—and I couldn’t have been more impressed.Not only did he show up quickly, but he also diagnosed and fixed my AC condenser just as fast. Throughout the entire process, Lance was professional, friendly, and transparent. He walked me through every step he was taking, explaining his approach in plain terms. The team at Mill Heating and Air from the first call when our AC unit stopped working were amazing. Both Ben and Brett came out late and early to check on the system as we were waiting on quotes for either a fix or a replacement. Bryan got us a fix quote very quickly and the office stafff got back with me quickly to see if I had any questions (sorry I don’t remember her name). We decided to go with a complete replacement and Brett was very thorough with the scope of work and gave us several options to consider. The install technicians Jonathan, Ajani, and Roshowl (not sure I spelled that right) were wonderful from the start to the finish. I would recommend Mills for anyone looking for HVAC work. My wife and I would like to thank Mills Heating & Air and the crew who was here in mid-December for the install of our new HVAC system.Lance, the team lead, was such a pleasure to work with. From the inception of our contract he was attentive to our questions and concerns and he remained so throughout the process, even calling a day after the work was completed to make sure that our new system was working well, and wanting to know if we had any questions.The new system itself has functioned more efficiently than we had expected. The air flow out of the registers is greatly improved, as has been the time needed to bring the house to temperature.Mills’ installers were a pleasure to have in our home. Each of them was very courteous and they all truly showed a great work ethic.All in all, we’ve never had a smoother contractor experience ever before. Lance and his men, Ethan and Brandon went above and beyond doing my AC. I had talked to a couple of other companies about getting a new system and this company was by far the best beneficially for me and I’m extremely please with everything!! The staff and the work that was done itself was absolutely flawless! Lance really went above taking the time to come out here when he did, it was super last minute to and he made it work!! They worked very fast and efficent. My house is older so when they installed my new system they just made me fall in love with my home so much more with something new and nice. They replaced my door and the vent at the bottom where the filter goes and it looks absolutely stunning. I would give 100+ stars and recommend to anyone!! Also this system is so quiet I hardly know when it’s off or on!
