I had a leak in my AC unit and called Alco to check it out. A technician came out the next day to take a look. He was a really nice guy and explained everything clearly. He then gave me a quote for the repair, but when I told him I wanted to wait and get a second opinion, he suddenly lowered the price by $300. It made me question the transparency of the original quote. I appreciate the fast service, but the change in pricing left me feeling unsure about the trustworthiness of the estimate.

When I called, the lady was very nice and assured me they would have someone out the same day. The technician was here within 2 hours. Connor was very nice and understanding. He listened to us as we described the problem and checked the inside and outside units, diagnosed the issue and explained everything to us. He offered us 3 different options and didn't pressure us to go for the most expensive option. He fixed the issues and reassured us that, if we had any further issues, they would take care of it in a timely manner. Will definitely only use Alco Air from this point forward.
