Very impressed with Goode Brothers! Customer service at its finest when it is mostly unfounded in today’s world. Absolutely fantastic people from the office to the service technicians. Knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy and follow through on what they say. Jackie in the office was very helpful and sold me on the service and air scrubber. Chris Bradford and the other Chris did an outstanding job and cleaned up when they finished. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Highly recommend Goode Brothers.

Josh was our service technician from Goode Brothers. He did an excellent job and was very courteous, stayed busy checking out the unit, filters, and thermostat.He gave me a thorough report of the AC unit. It is working great. We are enrolled in the biannual service program for the new AC unit that Goode Brothers installed a couple of years ago. It is running great in this heat wave. We have been with Goode brothers for 25 years and have had no problems ever. We give our highest recommendation for Josh and Goode Brothers.

We needed AC repair on a hot Texas summer weekend. We called Sunday morning and they sent a technician out within 4 hours. He repaired the unit and identified a couple other things we may want to address in the near future. Price was reasonable for the service as well. Highly impressed with Goode Brothers professionalism from the first call until the final installation! Jackie intercepted my phone call with enthusiasm and concern for my HVAC needs! She offered a window unit until the new system could be installed! Thanks to the guy who installed the temporary window unit! Lance, the salesman is someone I knew straight away could be trusted!! His complete proposal was detailed and self explanatory! Cody/service & QA/QC tech, tested the existing unit and gave a descriptive explanation of the multiple malfunctions!! The decision was made easy to purchase a new unit and all new duct work! The duct work installers arrived promptly and did a magnificent job!! Mason & his co-worker worked tirelessly until the 4 ton unit was completely installed and running!!! I give Goode Brothers staff and TEAM members 5 + stars!!! Highly recommend
