I really appreciated how smoothly everything went on the service side.However, I was disappointed with the pricing—specifically the cost of Freon, which was significantly higher than market average. I understand some markup is expected, but this felt excessive and not fully transparent upfront. $138 per pound for 410A Freon is insane, when a 25 pound drum of Freon costs no more than $250Great experience overall in terms of service quality, but I’d recommend confirming pricing in advance, especially for refrigerants.
