Had a great experience with this location and quite frankly saved my behind. Took my truck to the other Firestone location on Campbell ln and Nashville rd, was told it’s going to take 2-3 hours. Got a call an hour later and apparently they’re not able to do my alignment as they didn’t have the right specs and or equipment to do the alignment. As the truck is “too new”. I kid you not.I honestly was like wtf. I have an account with Firestones and taken my truck to different states and never had an issue like this. Called up this Firestone location to have them look at my account and specs if they’re able to do it. Was verified that they can and to bring the truck in. I was like damn, I love the assertiveness and no appointment needed? They got it done in an hour and honestly I’m impressed. Thanks y’all! Drove all the way from Vegas to see fam. Love the hospitality as always.
