⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an excellent experience with Family Heating & Air! Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our system and had everything up and running in no time. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend Family Heating & Air — five stars all the way!

Technicians are courteous and respectful. They clearly explained what they are doing, the problem and how to maintain it for optimal performance. Very neat and cleaned up after themselves. David and all the technicians who got us up and running again were GREAT! Thank you to all!!

Alan was great and super informative. He provided me with lots of information and notes for going forward with our AC unit. He gave us multiple service options and explained them really well. I felt zero pressure on which option to choose and felt that he was very honest in what my options were and the best one to go with at this time. I’ll definitely be requesting him for our scheduled maintenance next month! Thanks Alan!

Alan and Justin from Family Heating and Air were awesome. Super friendly, thorough, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Best service I’ve had, hands down. We don’t plan on letting anyone else touch our system. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. Highly recommend!

This company has been A+ in every way; product quality, professionalism, service and just great people! Kayla did our maintenance today and she was a pleasure to work with.
