Logan Bellamy is an absolute gem. Mr. Bellamy was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. He’s one of those people you immediately like. He did the jobs correctly, and efficiently. Mr. Bellamy installed a new house main water supply shut off valve and a pressure valve. He also replaced the hot water nipple pipe under the kitchen sink coming from the wall. Thanks, Pioneer, for hiring such a high quality individual.

I hope that my new Trane HVAC system works as hard, and performs as efficiently, effectively and as flawlessly as the three men from Cook’s who installed the unit.I’m sorry that I don’t recall the names of the installers. We just called them the A Team.I saw first hand the difference between an HVAC installed by a builder with a poorly trained or uncaring team, and Cook’s Comfort Systems’ A Team.Previously, the drain from my furnace dripped on the cement pad where the outside air conditioning unit sat, and the underside of that unit rusted out. The new unit is installed on elevated blocks so water can drain and air can circulate. The installer added an extension to the existing drain pipe and rerouted it off the pad so that it now drains into the soil. He added clear caulking, where there was no caulking previously, around the electric box and other places to seal it against water intrusion. He also repainted the gas line, and leveled the new unit. The previous unit was not level.Under the inside attic gas heater, they built a drain pan under the unit to catch any drips of condensation that might fall. Under the previous unit, we used a baking pan to catch the drips of water because there was nothing installed to catch drips.And this is just what I can see, I have no idea of other things that I can’t see or don’t notice that were corrected by the A Team.I wish we would have replaced this unit two years ago instead of trying to repair it. That was before we discovered Cooks, and we were using a different HVAC company. In hindsight, the previous HVAC company appeared to be more focused on repairs, and were not looking at the lowest cost of ownership for the customer. At some point, it is time to replace the unit instead of having the ongoing expense of constant repairs and the inconvenience of not having heat or air conditioning for days when it does have yet another breakdown.

Cooks has went downhill badly. I bought a brand new heat and air unit a year and 6 mo ago. The unit went down last winter and they expedited the parts and quickly had me up and running. Dean was over the situation, sadly he doesn't work here anymore. This winter my unit went down a technician came out to look at unit on Jan 14th and checked the unit out and discovered what was wrong. Cooks never approved my part to be ordered until Jan 20th. They finally recieved said parts and fixed my unit Jan 30th. I have called several times trying to contact a supervisor or manager but seems like they could honestly care less about the situation.

Logan Seagle did an excellent job with the service! He was very personable, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of the service he provides. I work for The Home Depot and will, without hesitation, recommend Cook’s/Pioneer’s services to our customers. He knows his business and does it exceptionally well. Aaron and Hunter arrived on time, knowledge, courteous, prompt, on task, did great tune up for my 2 unis at unbelievably low cost and also rework job on 1 at no extra charge to revisited next day and corrected. Will get 2nd house tune up in couple of days and hope we get an another good technician. I highly recommend and will use service in future! Thank you!
