We had the unfortunate experience of needing to replace both our furnace and AC unit—during a heat wave, of course. After getting estimates from four different companies, we chose Columbus Worthington Air based on their strong reputation and our experience with their sales rep, who was wonderful to work with.They were able to schedule the install quickly and did a high-quality job. All of the technicians were experienced, kind, and professional.Now, I won’t pretend everything went perfectly. Our brand-new AC unit ended up having a faulty compressor and needed to be replaced, and there were a couple of small areas in our home that were accidentally damaged during the install. But honestly, this gave us a chance to see the true character of the company—and in that regard, CWA really stood out.They addressed every issue thoroughly, professionally, and with genuine care. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference—and Columbus Worthington Air went above and beyond to make things right.Despite those hiccups, 98% of the install was excellent, and we’re very happy with the overall experience. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC service and a company that stands behind their work.

Follow up review Rob Everson came out to give the existing system a complete overview 7/15/2025, due to its age (40 years old) and state recommended a new system. On the same day Delonte Rivers came and gave me great options got me scheduled for a new system the next day. On 7/16/2025 Tyler Walter & Jaron Miler Came out first thing they called before the came out to let me know they were on the way. They were super informative about the process and the equipment they were installation. They did great work taking into account my needs and explaining the work they were going to do. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were all done. I feel the install looks great and is preforming excellent. I never felt pressured by the team and everyone really took care of my home during the install of new AC unit and furnace. Honest people great work.

Purchased a high efficiency HVAC system with their June 40% discount.5 stars for the install technicians, Jeff and Angel were great! Very professional, they answered and explained any questions I had. I was impressed with how they got everything to fit in the tight space with barely any room to work. I thought I’d have to cut out drywall for the filter access, but they made it fit. They sealed up every leak with tape or silicone and even attached one branch duct that was originally just loosely sitting in place.I took 2 stars off because of the office staff and "comfort specialist". In total there were 5 visits to my house for the whole installation.1st visit – the comfort specialist came out to give me a quote, which I signed with Jennifer. She took pictures of the breaker and current HVAC system. I scheduled the install a couple weeks later, but they waited until the day before to cancel and said a supervisor needed to come for measurements again.2nd visit – the supervisor comes out, takes the same measurements but more in-depth because it would be a tight install, and notes the required materials and method. I reschedule for Aug 9th (my earliest Saturday).3rd visit – two techs show up, did a walk-through and questioned if they had the right materials. I told them about the supervisor visit and notes, but apparently the office doesn’t record that info. They couldn’t reach him and told me I’d have to reschedule. The office never called, so by Wednesday I called CWA and the lady said I was already on the calendar for Saturday…4th visit – finally two competent techs, Jeff and Angel, show up to install. Again the office hadn’t told them about the tight space or extra materials. They got to work and even carried the old furnace and coil to my garage since I wanted to keep them. After a full day, they had the A/C side connected and working, but the filter box wouldn’t fit so they needed a follow-up to finish the gas and exhaust piping with a roof penetration. Jeff marked the paperwork incomplete so the office would know to call me.Come Monday, I get an email from the lender Goodleap saying the install is complete and funds would release. I had to report it as incomplete and call CWA. The phone rep said she didn’t know what I was talking about and the only notes were for a 4" filter and new line set. I explained and she said she’d get with her supervisor and call back. They never did. Two days later Goodleap called asking why I stopped the funds. I explained again. Only then did CWA call to reschedule, forcing me to take a day off work.5th visit – Finally today Jeff and Angel returned, did a phenomenal job, and the supervisor also showed up to ensure everything was complete.Again, the technicians were great, but the office staff was frustrating to deal with and the comfort specialist never returned my calls or texts.

The tech came in the allotted time. He was very thorough. He did a good job. Price was very reasonable. I received several text confirming my appointment and even a call to let me know the tech was on his way. Highly recommend.
