Please Avoid Buckeye Heating & CoolingI recently contacted Buckeye Heating & Cooling to fix or replace a gas pipe/valve located outside my home. The pipe had been damaged by a lawn mower, which caused it to crack.Buckeye quoted me $2,700 for the repair, claiming that they would need to replace the interior piping as well, along with a few additional components. That seemed excessive, so I reached out to a local plumber for a second opinion.The local plumber—who was professional and honest—was able to fix the issue for just $150 without needing to touch any of the interior pipes.Despite this, Buckeye still charged me $98 just for the service call. Given the inflated quote and unnecessary recommendations, I believe they should refund that amount.

Dylan did a great job of coming out to diagnose the problem and communicating his findings. He was very friendly, personable and professional throughout our experience with him.The central team did communicate when they were running behind schedule. We appreciated the heads up appreciated even though it wasn’t a concern.What has us reconsidering whether to use Buckeye in the future is paying over $1,000 for labor alone on a 2 hour job. We felt taken advantage of given the situation.

I just wanted to share my appreciation for David, our service technician. He serviced our home A/C last month and not only went above and beyond in his service, he extended a very thoughtful and caring hand. Our wonderful dog of 10 years had a veterinary emergency during the service call. David was supportive and professional during what was an urgent and emotional event. He stayed as we sped away to make sure our house was secured. That thoughtfulness speaks highly of David and surely the entire team at Buckeye, as do the kind words he left on our service summary: "Love is a four legged word, and it is ok to cry."

Buckeye Heating, Cooling and Plumping was incredible. 24/7 phone lines, scheduled me ASAP and Spencer was amazing. Our issue was an easy fix and else didn’t charge us a dollar for the repair. HIGHLY reccomend and will be using again. They made a stressful situation such a positive experience.
