Absolutely amazing company. Received an earlier diagnostic from a different company and said that there was a lot wrong with the unit and they never went under the house. Called Epic AC for a second opinion and they came right out to my home and they found that the unit was fine. It was a duct that fell loose under the house. Fixed in ten minutes. Staff on the phone was extremely helpful and genuinely want to make sure you’re getting all the information you need.

They had a rather quick response for probably one of the busiest times of the year. I was prepared to hear "we will try and be there tomorrow". Nope, they were at my house within 4 hours. I was pleased. The tech kept me well informed throughout the entire process with pics and pricing (I was out of town). Very professional service! My A/C unit failed me on the most sweltering of days. I spoke with Kenny at length and he arranged for Matt to come over to my home that very day. Matt is a true gentleman and very polite. He was able to make the repair despite encountering unforeseen issues that made the repair even more difficult. Very happy with the work and if I need them in the future I will call those very same people back.
