Adrian did an excellent job! They waive The $99 diagnostic fee if you continue with the repair. Was not working at all one day when we got back we tried the circuit breaker it came back on by the next day we were freezing up so we knew something wasn't right. We just shut our AC unit off all day came back on in the evening and we called on a Sunday yes a Sunday evening on our way back and were able to talk to an agent he scheduled the appointment explained everything to us in detail his name was rick, and said they'd be here between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. And they text you before they get here when he's on his way . Adrian was very professional polite they put little booties over their shoes so not to get your floors dirty did not leave any mess and took care of everything quickly swiftly in and out fixed our starter clean the unit outside and on their way very easy they take debit and credit cards and checks it was great! We will use them again!
