Had an intermittent problem with a hot water heater that was old and needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the professional attitude of the people within the company and the installation crew. They arrived on time did their insulation and left the area clean and organized. Very professional and a very good price. I highly recommend them.

Install of my water heater was good. Sales were good and communicative. But inspection was supposedly scheduled and I waited all day and no one showed. Called RR and was told scheduler had the flu. No apology, or we should have called so you wouldn't lose your whole day, nothing, just said inspector will be there tomorrow. Once again waited all day, no inspection. Called the city out of desperation. They had no record my address was ever scheduled, that they always provided a window to contractor, not all day. Sadly I could not schedule it myself in case they had questions for the contractor. Called RR back again. Again told all day, but at least inspector came this 3rd time. All in all, feel like I paid a very premium price for a very mediocre experience.

Had an issue with our washer and kitchen sink backing up. Everyone else was quoting 2x the price. The service technician Alex Munoz did an amazing job—he was efficient, kind, informative, and professional. He didn’t come across like a salesman, but as someone genuinely there to help, which I really appreciated. His honest and helpful approach made me feel confident in the service and more inclined to spend my money with this company. Highly recommend Alex Munoz!

Very happy with my repair from Rescue Rooter crew. Robert and Alex were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They worked on my problem until it was fixed. They arrived promptly of which I appreciate it very much because I work deep nights. They were professional, informative and easy to talk to. I especially appreciated Robert's attention to detail and excellent customer service by both of them. I made the right choice in calling this company. Thank you Rescue Rooter.

Norman, the technician who was able to come very quickly, even though it was Saturday, was friendly, professional and very informative. He shut the water off to my leaking hot water heater, explained what was required to replace it, and left me a written estimate. I would definitely recommend this company.
