David,I did want to follow up with you personally.To be honest, I am not at all happy with our recent experience on June 3, 2025 and here is why:1. October 2018 we purchased our Mitsubishi Mini-Split from Aldridge Enterprises.2. It was installed by you.3. Never once were we informed about “annual maintenance" options.4. In 2025 we schedule to have you come out for a “Pre-Summer” service. We were on your calendar for 6 month. We were scheduled for an 8:00 appointment and you arrived at or around 9:00. At 8:30 I called your office, only to speak with an answering service who could not even verify or confirm an ETA on our service tech. I was told, “Someone would call me back.” I think this is very discourteous of others time and other obligations your customers may have going on.5. Again, we were scheduled six months on your books and no matter who may be the service tech on call, I think it is ridicules that you would not be prepared with cleaning agents to be ready for the worst of conditions. You were coming to clean and service and yet were not prepared.6. Then after a brief diagnosing we were told that our unit should have been cleaned and serviced annually. But YOU were the original point of contact, seller and installer and this was the FIRST time we had heard this information!7. Then we were told our Mitsubishi Mini-Split was so dirty it was, “like cement” inside and would we would need to upgraded to a NEW unit.8. Then later that afternoon on June 3, 2025 we received a WORK ORDER saying: "WILL REPLACE THE EXISTING MINI-SPLIT UNIT WITH A NEW UNIT PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS”PAYMENT TERMS:$2,562.00 DEPOSIT UPFRONT$2,562.00 DUE WHEN UNIT HAS BEEN STARTEDTotal $5,124.009. What you did not know is when I left our home the morning of your visit on June 3, 2025, I left with my gut instincts in tack and a great suspicion concerning you, your diagnosis and your business methods...10. Before I got off of Broadstone Road at 105 I was already on the phone with Ryan Hartley at Mountaineer Heating and Cooling. They service our office at High Country Pain Relief. I did not say one word to him about you, your visit or your trouble-shooting. I simply asked him if they serviced Mitsubishi Mini-Splits and if so, could I get someone to come out and make sure ours was up and ready for the summer. That was it! I called my husband and told him they would be arriving on Friday June 13th we were just going to let their tech come in, and see what he says…it’ like getting a Second Opinion...11. Not only was Ryan, his office appointment scheduler and his service tech exceptional over the phone and in person, but more importantly they were honest and truthful. Our unit is working wonderfully as I type this to you.In closing:12. For $300 (not $450 as you quoted us), our seven year old Mitsubishi Mini-Split wall mount is cooling our little cabin beautifully! With NO MUSTY SMELLS! And while we could have spent $5,124.00 it would have been an unnecessary expense to us and potentially to others (your potential customers), it could be a great monetary hardship…Think about it.We will never do business with you again.This will be going out as an online review.Amy Denman

My wife and I purchased our first home in West Jefferson, NC and much to our dismay, we had a broken boiler in the basement. Inspectors didn’t know how to inspect the unit and HVAC companies didn’t know how to fix it. We were referred to Aldridge Enterprises and David walked us through how the boiler is supposed to work, how to maintain the unit, installed a new boiler unit, and even fixed a few other things in our home.David and his team are efficient, friendly, and experienced. My wife and I are now warm in our new home and confident in the craftsmanship of the new unit. If you are looking for a qualified heating and air company, look no further than Aldridge Enterprises!
