Ashley was super helpful, extremely nice. Understood our issues and understood our urgency to get the issue resolved. Would highly recommend her for any plumbing issues. As always she ( and all the technicians) treated my house with respect, cleaned up, and answered any questions.

Brandon arrived at 12:30. He was personable, professional and informative. He got my AC up and running within an hour and a half and explained every step he was taking and why it was necessary. Wonderful job with a more than fair price. Choates and Brandon Hall are simply the BEST!!!

Choate's did some work for me in the past so when the AC wasn't cooling I knew who to call. They got a technician over the same day and earlier than the time they quoted. Jaden was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair quickly. Great service!

Tucker arrived today to give me an estimate for my water leak from the area of root intrusion to the road where it ends. He was waiting at the house for me when I pulled up. I had been at my son's home helping he and his wife with their newborntwins. I was late getting back to my house and afraid the person that I was expecting for a water leak inspection had probably left. However, Tucker had not left! He was still waiting and ready to give me the quote. In fact he had utilized his time wisely and already inspected the open hole in the front yard and diagnosed the whole 100 ft. from the site of leak to the house!Tucker was very pleasant to talk to. He had the estimate figures already to discuss with several ways I could pay as well as other points of personal choice. He actually made the first choice for me and that was whether or not Choate’s was the company to do the work for me. It was a two thumbs up answer…obviously if Choates had punctual, professional and kind people like Tucker, Yes! was the answer! Also, they would be here within a week to do the work! LL

Joshua did a great evaluating our problem. Very respectful and courteous. He went the extra mile in finding exactly what our problem was. As well as explaining it in layman’s terms. He also explained the current maintenance plans that you have available. In my opinion, he is a very good worker. As well as a good guy.
