My normal AC company Ferguson was not available For 2 months and he suggested a few companies. Bardi was one of them. We decided to have several service companies come out, In addition to them. We had four companies in total. We chose them because they were educational, efficient and polite. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. They also have no contract. Service agreement covers everything, parts and labor for 10 years. I'm extremely happy. AC is working better than it's worked and her furnace will be top notch in the winter.

This week my 20 year old hot water heater finally started to give out. I contacted Bardi, initially intending to replace the thermocouple, but since it was way past its expected lifespan, I was wisely advised to replace it before a catastrophic failure resulted in my house being flooded. They had technician ready to come to me within an hour but I wouldn’t be home for a while so they changed the arrival time to match my availability. The technician showed up to my house on time with a fully stock truck and after assessing my heater told me he could replace it right then. Jack, the young man that came was amazing. I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, work ethic and consciousness. My 50 gallon hot water heater was on the second floor. He removed it and brought up the new one, all by himself, without me hearing as much as a bump. I inadvertently tracked in a bunch of mud when I brought in my garden hose for him to drain the old unit and muddied up the carpet. He immediately started cleaning up the mud and I told him not to worry about it as I am about to replace the carpet. He completed the installation in what I thought was record time and packed up his tools. After I paid for the job he insisted on going back to clean the carpet as he couldn’t in good conscience leave it looking like that. My carpet has never been so clean. I was very impressed with this young man and based on my experience with the company’s responsiveness, flexibility and my experience with Jack, I would highly recommend this company.

I had a sewer blockage that needed to be addressed. I called Bardi to find out about their plumbing services and they sent someone the same day! Jamison Gladden was my technician and he was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and went right to work until the solution was resolved! What a polite, intelligent, courteous, and skilled young man! He explained the process and shared my options. He was efficient and left the work area clean. Great job Jamison~thank you!

Can I say breath of fresh air! This gas line lies on top of an air duct. We needed it move to the new location. 3 plumbers and 1 HVAC finally the 4th plumber Zackery from Bardi got it done. First and foremost they communicated which is huge these days. Next, he assessed the work. Then, he communicated a solution. Finally, he completed the work all in the same day! Also, the price was on point!!! I will be using Bardi again.
