All I can say is WOW!!!! Kudos to both Maddie and Logan for repairing my AC unit. Initially, I used my home warranty plan to have it repaired. After 3 days without cool air, an assigned technician came out and replaced a fuse that blew. My question…what caused the fuse to blow? The tech left and the AC was up and running until the next morning, another blown fuse. I was not getting any updates on when a different vendor was available. 2 days later (5 days total w/out cool air (88 degrees interior), my neighbor was getting his AC repaired by Aire Care and Logan was the technician. To make a short story long, I called Aire Care and spoke to Maddie and she was able to squeeze me in immediately and Logan was able to diagnose and repair the problem. I now have cool air. Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I highly recommend Aire Care for your HVAC needs. A big thank you to Logan and Maddie.

We had an outstanding experience with Aire Care from start to finish. Dustin was our assigned service technician, and he truly exceeded expectations. He arrived promptly, was dressed in a sharp uniform, and carried himself with the utmost professionalism. His respectful communication and thorough analysis of our situation were impressive. I've had their bi-annual maintenance plan for about 2 years now and I've been very satisfied with their technicians. They are all very respectful, punctual, thorough, and communicative. They try to upsell, as expected, but they aren't pushy about it which I appreciate.I've had Logan a few times and he's been super helpful on helping me understand my system when I bought the place and how to keep it working at max efficiency.
