I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.I hired this company to install a brand heating and air system, expecting professional work and clean air. Instead, I got the exact opposite. After they "serviced" my system, the air quality noticeably worsened—so bad that I started coughing constantly whenever the unit was running. It felt like something was circulating in the air that absolutely shouldn’t be. I’ve never had a reaction like that before. And when I called to explain to them the situation, They try to upsell me on a part that they claim helps with air. This company’s money, hungry, and do not care about the customers Once you make a purchase, they don’t turn around to check on the service. They don’t care about nothing but themselves. To make matters worse, their customer service was just as bad. When I called to report the issue, they were dismissive and offered no real solutions—just excuses. No follow-up, no apology, nothing.Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that actually cares about the health and comfort of their customers. This was an expensive and frustrating lesson I won’t forget. They installed the wrong air filter in my system — not just the wrong size, but the wrong type entirely. This isn’t a small mistake; it directly affects air quality and system performance.After they left, I noticed reduced airflow and strange noises coming from the unit. When I checked the filter myself, I realized it didn’t even fit properly. I expected trained professionals to know the basics, like which filter is appropriate for my system.When I called to report the issue, they were unhelpful and tried to downplay the mistake. No offer to come fix it, no apology — just a weak excuse.

The Tech was awesome. Did a gr8 job. Offered advice & tips !! However, getting the tech to the job took some work. They give a 4 hr window but the tech still arrived after the 4hrs… I understand the tech previous job might have gone longer but the next customer needs to be informed better when the tech won’t make the time slot.And this was the 2nd attempt. The first attempt the tech flat out didn’t even showup & no one bothered to inform me the tech would not be coming!!! Do better !!

Seth and Chase were very professional. They were thorough and knowledgeable throughout the consultation and installation process. We did not feel pressured to replace our existing water heater, and we highly recommend.

Twice they did not come or cancel scheduled service . I called several times during the service window to make sure they were coming and was assured that I was still one their schedule. They did the same no come no show for my rental property. Twice. Poor customer service. The last time they were supposed to come , I asked the company it they would send the same person in the same day and service window since the properties were less than 10 minutes apart. They came to one but not the other. And they came to one an hour before the scheduled window.

Not satisfied, base filter element not replaced, one of the reasons I replaced the ac unit was that I had cut to fit the filter, the installers used the old base and actually used the old filter because the one they bought with them with the old unit did not fit. Follow up, your team arrived and evaluated the situation and did the necessary adjustments, thanks to Juan and his crew, thank you
