The technician they sent was new and just out of training, which I found out when I followed up after him working for 5 hours. He kept thinking he resolved the issue and apologizing when he continued working. Eventually, he called a friend that was not with the company, but worked in plumbing and his friend resolved the issue in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we had also scheduled a leak repair on a pipe and he informed me that he did not have the right parts and tools. He left to get them and returned about an hour later. He finished that repair in a little over an hour. The flow was not quite as great as before, but I was not about to have him address it after over 9 hours. He handed me the invoice and said he discounted me the time it took him to go get parts. I called DMR the next day to see about adjusting the bill further since they charge per hour as well as to have someone come and address the fact that our shower was still not draining. Apparently, he snaked things around the wrong area so much that he had plugged up the shower. The technician they sent was very efficient and friendly, but did seem exasperated and alluded that he is following jobs behind this new tech to fix or complete his work. I was told on the phone to ignore the bill in the mail and that someone would be calling to discuss the debacle and adjust the price. I called back when I did not hear from anyone and they again assured me someone was going to call, but he was not in at the time. The next I heard was from a collection company and I paid the full almost $800 for losing a whole day and being patient with a trainee. I won't be using their services again, but I'm sure you could. I would just make sure to ask that you get an experienced technician.

Sep 13, 2023 · matt gomesOne of their techs/drivers ran over several cones on I-20 in Bossier, after missing the Airline exit, in a construction zone a few days ago. One of the cones flew up into the air, clipping my car, ripping off part of my bumper. I had to slam on my brakes, on the interstate, nearly causing an accident. I then called their main office to try to get it handled and never got a call back after leaving a message for Mark. Very unsafe drivers and obviously unconcerned managers. I hope their work is better than their driving and management. Do better guys.

In the middle of a heat wave, I told her I’d make a call, but to start coming up with a back up plan because everyone was going to be backed up. Spoke with Mr. Mark, and Brad was at our house 3 hours later! He quickly diagnosed the problem accurately, and got us back cooling in no time! Can’t recommend DMR enough!!
