What a blessing! We had a blow out right in front of their shop and thankfully were able to pull in safely. They more than took care of us and were super friendly and quick!

I went in and explained to the man at the counter what was going on and I saw him write everything down, tires, tune-up, power steering pump and suspension. He told me in advance that it would probably the next day before they got to it but I was fine with that. The next day, the mechanic called me and asked what was wrong with the power steering pump. I told him I wasn't sure but that it was squealing really loud and the belt was jumping around. I told him cost didn't matter, I just wanted it fixed. He calls me back later and said that it was just loose and that after he finished everything else on it, he'd tighten it up for me. The next day, they called me again and said that one of my shocks in the front needed to be replaced and I told them to go ahead and replace both on the front and I asked about the back. The mechanic told me that he pushed down on the back of the car and it seemed fine and then he said there weren't any rear shocks or struts on my particular model of vehicle. If you look, you can see them plain as day so I don't know what he was talking about. I let it go and just figured if he said the back was fine, oh well. I was also told that my steering column needed to be replaced. I told them go right ahead, whatever is wrong, I just want it fixed. After being without my car for about 5 or 6 days, I called to find out what was going on. The guy I spoke with said that they replaced the front shocks, did the tune-up, replaced the tires but that they ordered the wrong steering column and the correct one would be in the next day. I called the next day and was told they were having an issue getting the old steering column out but that it should be ready the next day. I called the next day and was told that it should be ready the following day, which it was. I went in to pick my car up and I went over everything with the man at the counter: Front shocks--check, new tires--check, steering column--check, tune-up--check, power steering pump--I don't know about that, let me ask the mechanic. He called the mechanic to the counter and asked him and the mechanic said, "I knew I forgot something." I asked that since it just needed to be tightened, could he do it then. He said he could and we went outside to my car. I popped the hood and he goes to tighten it but then he said there was a problem, he couldn't tighten it enough because it was bad and needed to be replaced. This is after he had already told me it was just loose and nothing wrong with it over the phone several days before. We went back in to see about ordering the power steering pump. This was on a Friday and they said they could have the new part in on Monday and that it would be $413 parts and labor. I told them to order it and I'd have my car back on Monday and then I paid them right around $1,750 for everything else that was done. I brought my car back on Monday, they had the part, replaced it but told me that I should probably have the power steering belt replaced because it was damaged from how it was jumping before. I should have said something, but I was so pissed off that I just wanted to get out of there. I wanted to say that after I had spent over $2,100, why couldn't they go ahead and replace the belt when they replaced the pump but I just left and went outside to leave. I started my car and right away, it started squealing, without turning the wheel or anything. I had the belt replaced elsewhere but after having the front shocks replaced, it still sounds like metal crunching in the front, but also in the back and it sounds worse than it did before they "fixed it." The steering feels really loose and when I back up and turn the wheel left or right, it feels like it's catching. The squealing never did go away and it needs rear shocks. All they did was charge me to waste my time for NOTHING! They have no business working on vehicles and are completely inept and should be shut the fuck down. Fuck Discount Tires. They can all go to hell.

I'm just a girl that doesn't know much about cars. I usually feel uncomfortable and out of place at auto shops but I never feel that way here. All the mechanics are super nice and respectful and I've never felt like I was being scammed and they have never once tried to pressure me into spending money on extra things. They work fast and do a good job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!

$200 set of tires. It’s Appalling that they would let anybody leave with tires in this condition. Let alone sell them to someone as a “half-worn” tireUpdate 10/20/21 I got the unsafe tires from discount tire removed and was informed by the tech that one of my wheel studs had been previously stripped off and they put a bunch of red lock tight on it.I was never informed of the stud when I was at discount tire (probably to hide their mistake). They also chipped the teeth of my wheel lock key so I will be replacing the locks and lugs, as well as the studs. I will be updating after I get the paperwork from chevy documenting the damage and what it will cost to fix it. Absolutely astounding that a simple tire change lead to over $500 in damages. but it’s even more shocking that they let this kind of thing happen everyday. That they let me roll out of the shop that day. Most people don’t check their mechanics work, but if you use this shop I recommend you do.

This shop literally saved us! We were passing through on our way to Dallas last weekend and got a flat tire. Called everywhere but Discount had my tire and I was in and out in 20 minutes and made it to Dallas on time. Very affordable as well! Thank you so much!
