We bought our ten year old home in 2014, and on Father’s Day 2015 our A/C went out. We had a home warranty that we wanted to use but would pay to fix it either way. Every company we called refused us because they didn’t work with warranties or because it was a holiday. Tri-Tech came out as soon as we called and replaced the capacitor and offered to process through the home warranty. For that single reason I chose to continue to do business with them.March 2018 - I wanted to get my system serviced before summer. Don came out, serviced the system and found what at the time was a minor leak. Topped it off and system worked better. He recommended to start thinking about replacement due to age and deteriorating condition.March 2019 - I found out why he recommended replacing the unit soon. With the NC weather I noticed the aux heat working when temperatures were mild, the next week the A/C didn’t get cold. I called and they came by quickly and verified my system was shot due to a large leak.Matthew and Don both worked very hard to fit me into their busy schedule and got quotes back to me quickly. They put my new unit in a few days later and had it done in a matter of hours.Tri-Tech is extremely professional, courteous and well-priced. In comparison to other companies they itemized the quotes and showed what you got for your money and came out lower than everyone else. I will continue to call for service work and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you again.

We called Tri-Tech for an annual check of our HVAC system. Matthew was extremely helpful - worked around our schedule to set a time. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the work he was doing. A few issues he dealt with from which he could have made an extra buck, but he explained things that were not necessary (changing an expensive filter every three months) he explained and did not charge us. We will use Tri-Tech again!

We have used them twice once to fix the heater and they were Jonny on the spot, prompt and informative and got the heater fired up in no time. Last night my AC went out and I called them first thing in the morning and they were again fast and efficient. My AC was up and running before lunch time. I can’t recommend Matthew and Tri-tech highly enough. I have known Matthew for several years and have him bail me out several times on my aging hvac systems at my house. One time I called one of the large companies (the one with a gazillion reviews and that pays to advertise on google and everywhere else on the planet) and they came out and told me my system was too old to repair and that it would have to be replaced for $13k. I called Tri-tech for another opinion and Matt looked into it. He knew exactly what my old system was and also knew exactly what the failing part was. He told me it was a difficult part to find but he would check several places. That same day he came back with the part and repaired the system. Total bill was a few hundred bucks. He Quoted me a few options to replace my system and explained all the differences. All were more reasonable than what I had been quoted by the big company. I elected to patch my system and see if I could squeak out some more life from it. So far it has lasted 3 more years. When it goes out, I’ll be getting Matt and Tritech to replace it.
