I called my Home Warranty company, within an hour DJ from Temperature Pro called and said he is on the way. Arrived, checked out my heat pump thoroughly. Found the unit iced up. Gave me some maintenance tips and wished me a good day. I highly recommend this heat and air conditioning service. Very knowledgeable & prompt.

I can’t praise JD at Temperature Pro highly enough. I was desperate to get my AC working and someone on NextDoor recommended Temperature Pro. I called and JD was at my house within 30 minutes then had my AC working in the next 30 minutes. What a blessing!!! Thank you, JD. You have a permanent place in my phone’s contact list. Jeff responded to our service request within hours of our call and quickly diagnosed the issues we had with our furnace. He was quick with a solution and completely overhauled and replaced our furnace the next day at a fair price. Jeff and Temperature Pro will be getting all of my HVAC/Heat Pump/Furnace business from now on. Excellent customer service and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

1ST .. WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS THAT CAUGHT ALL OF THIS ..... This company was very hard to reach out to first of all and then when a technician did come out , he only spent a short time " looking " at the unit. We had noticed that the air blowing out of the vents was not cold. Our outside unit was turning on and off , spinning as usual and no noise . Our inside parts were blowing, and doing even else as per usual..just didnt have cold air coming out . Our indoor part is located in the attic which he did NOT even enter. He sent a young teenager that accompanied him that day into the attic who in fact took only pictures from a distance ( didn't approach unit ) NEITHER ONE OF THEM DIAGNOSED MY UNIT. The technician stood on a ladder with his head up into the attic but DID NOT enter.The technician came back inside my home and told me that our WHOLE unit was " Totaled " his words. Told me it couldn't be repaired would have to be replaced. Kept his head down, did not look me in the face . Said it would be alot of work and time in a way that was showing us he really wasn't enthusiastic about helping me. I had explained that ahead of time to this company that I am disabled with breathing problems due to COPD and it was getting difficult to breathe in the hot house ..The technician and young boy left and was to call me after talking to the warranty company. I had also EXPLICITLY ASKED for a quote on how much it would cost if we ended up paying out of pocket.NEVER GOT A RESPONSE about that .I did get a text message from the technician before the end of that day offering to " see if his boss would let him fix our compressor " so we could get our ac running, but says the other parts would soon stop working and that could be a waste of money. I told him back in text to let me know what, how they were going to help fix our AC AND again needed the estimate of how much to fix our " Totaled " unit. Mind you all again, the only thing noticeably wrong when we called for help was that our AC was blowing out " not cold air " . The outside unit was running and not making noise. The inside would kick on and kick off and blow .. we just didn't have cold air ..Day after day we waited and contacted TEMPERATURE PRO, asking for our estimate or waiting for something to get fixed. THEY NEVER RESPONDED AT ALL . GHOSTED US AS THOUGH MY HEALTH/ LIFE DIDNT MATTER. THEY GOT PAID THEIR SERVICE FEE ! I had complained to the warranty company also who were very apologetic. I finally texted the company and demanded we get our service fee returned to us.. Well., they didn't cash it until TODAY !!! THE NERVETHIS COMPANY MAY HAVE SOME HONEST PEOPLE WITH GOOD REVIEWS..BUT IM 65 YEARS OLD AND IM BAD HEALTH AND GOING TO TELL YOU ALL THE TRUTH. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL DAY TODAY TO RESPOND AGAIN AND AGAIN NOTHINGNEXT REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS

Jeff absolutely bent over BACKWARDS to try to help us with an emergency situation and even though his company ended up not having the tools to help us with our (weird) ductwork, he was excellent the whole way through. VERY kind and patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and will do work on a double-wide! One of his employees had an emergency but he made sure we were taken care of (after he took care of them of course). He deserves every 5-star review he has. We'll be calling him back to service our AC before the hot season.
