The worse shop I’ve ever been o.they charge u for repairs they don’t do. They pocketed $760 from me and said they changed a put new breaks a rotors on my car a wen I picked it up it was making so much noise a whining sound. Took it to another shop an they said there is no way they changed my breaks. There was no padding at all on my breaks. So I had to turn around a pay another $650 for breaks a rotors. They 100 did not do the work they charge for an leave ur car in worse shape so u have to bring it back. Do not go here unless u want ur car ruined an out more money. Come to find out They have done this to several people in my town. Taking advantage of people is so wrong an karma will get them in the end. Horrible business

they charged me $700 to change my front brakes an rotors on my 2018 Corolla at the end of May m, so 3 months ago, an I've had problems since with my breaks, but I took it back the next day cause it was shaking so bad when I tried to stop an grinding noise still when I used my breaks, also a whining noise on outside front tire indicating breaks needed changed still lol. I took it back an said they repaired a break line an charged me another $70. That was 3 months ago, so I’ve been saving up and I finally took it to a reputable shop yesterday an they showed me my breaks have not been changed or my rotors, mechanic said no way they was replaced in the last yr evens. Said pads was metal to metal an rotors had chunks took out so he replaced my breaks an pads an had only charged me $600 but how sad I was charged basically $800 from Veracruz 3 months ago for break work they never did an my car was so unsafe to drive. I'm so dissapointed an hopefully can help others from making the same mistake. There's other reviews on Google saying the same things they had more problems when they picked their car up an had take it back to them to still have problems. They are not doing the work they are charging for. Shame shame

On our way home from FL to MI our check engine light came on and car engine was sputtering. I called them and they got us in immediately. They scanned the codes and had to replace an oil seal, filled it back up with oil and within 2 hours we were back on the road. Very friendly and knowledgeable and saved the day for us!

I have used them before and it was ok. This time my car was worse, charged more, then when I questioned the repair, I was lied to, 2 times. When Angel was presented with the facts as well as the owner, and I asked for a partial refund, the story changed again and I was offered free labor but would have to pay for parts to repair what they broke. I don't trust them to touch my vehicle, will never use them again. The mechanic is shady, doesn't talk to the customer before doing repairs that were unwarranted or cost more and then expected to pay. I have contacted the BBB to report.
