Jay showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very thorough when checking exactly the measurements he needed to determine what I needed for a complete replacement of my furnace and air conditioner. He explained warranties, cost, and any options I had in great detail. There was absolutely no pressure on me, whatever, to buy. Also, there was no attempt to sell me anything other than what I needed. I was truly impressed with Jay and what he represented. He showed the utmost respect to me and showed a genuine interest in my situation.

My AC was out and I schedule Sweet Life to come over and check it out. On time, friendly, and best of all they waived the service call fee! This service call could’ve cost me north of $250. Instead they looked at my AC unit found the problem and said I could probably fix it myself. After listening to their advice I now have my AC back and saved a ridiculous amount of money. I had my AC quit on a Friday, called and scheduled a call on Saturday night. A new Ac unit was installed on a Monday with fantastic customer service all around. I had Jay( the owner), Steve-install mgr, Malik and Dakota- service techs all out for the install ( on a very hot day) and to make sure everything went smooth.
