Absolutely awesome company. Jarred found the issue quickly, offered reasonable prices to repair.Tech was fast, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. I've tried a bunch of AC companies over the years in central Texas, and SM Air A/C & heating has been the absolute best.We're building a house in a few years, and I know exactly who I want installing our units.

My ductless A/C wasn’t cooling well. James checked it quickly and found the evaporator coil had a big leak. He will have David get back to me with several choices for repair. Great service. Quick and professional. Great company.David was great, as usual. Got me the repair options and setup the time for repairs that fit my schedule the same day I had contact. Couldn't ask for a quicker or a more professional solution. Thanks to David and James working as a team we will be better than new in our garage.The Jose and Mario team came on schedule and replaced my problem unit. My garage is now cool and quiet. They were extra courteous and performed a professional installation. They made certain I was comfortable with everything they were doing and gave me the instructions on the operation of my new unit. I am very pleased with their service.

Jarred was very thorough in inspecting my AC system, inside and out, answered every question I had and even gave me advice on keeping the system in good shape. He was very careful with his equipment in my home and took care to protect my carpet and not make any kind of mess, although he vacuumed the areas he traversed before he left. He was also very polite and considerate. I purchased the Care Club plan, which is a great deal. I did not need any repairs or coils cleaned, but when I do, San Marcos A/C & Heating is the only company I will ever use and I will request Jarred.

SM Air came out to fix my a/c after lightning hit nearby. David and SM Air is/was professional, friendly, and dependable. I will certainly use them again.

S/M Air has been great. They installed a new system for us and have been very responsive in following up to make sure everything is working correctly. David has especially been helpful, going the extra mile to address issues. We highly recommend their company.
