I write this because I Cannot get anyone out here to fix my system. I have tried the woman out there only to find out she tells you what you want to here but Does Not BACK up her word. They have a word for people like these and one day God will show them. They are quick to sell them but forget about service after the sale and warranty work. I hope to post a good update but as of now, can't get in touch with no one. No numbers, no techs, no manager. Don't let the lady fool you, you get her and no one else. I can only hope this 1000 plus review gets someone moving. 6000k for HVAC No Service!

It looks like from the reviews this company is hit and miss.I can tell you the experience I am having is that my 75 year old aunt has been without air since June 4th.A couple of weeks ago I was told the part was in the van/truck and would be fixed that day. Maybe someone lied or maybe the part went to a preferred customer. Who knows...A few days ago, I called another hvac company and the owner called me back. He sent someone out to speak to my aunt. He then gave me the model and serial number for the unit and told me the part seems to be on back order. Reliable never gave me this information. They only put me off or don't answer phone. Avoidance or misrepresentation seems to be the way they do business.Recently, I was told on Tuesday the part finally arrived. Also, that people waiting on parts come before service calls. It is now Thursday evening and no call or repair.My aunt is 75 and can hardly speak due to having no a/c since June 4th. I live 4 hours away and we have no family there. I would think someone would care and call her to put in emergency units. Not just let someone suffer and keep saying your part is in the van.

I called them the next day and was told that they knew that I was calling but they were working on the phone lines, no one there must not have a cell phone. Then I was told that they would be there the next day, no one so I called was told that someone would be there by noon. Finally they showed up and said that they were going to beget material and come back, guess what no one came back. I have now been without air conditioning for a week. My heat pump is under warranty but I am having a problem getting anyone to come out. I even went to the office because I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I was told by the lady in the office that all of their technicians were on one commercial job. Leaving this review for a family member! 10/10 would NOT recommend. They called yesterday morning around 5 am for help and Was informed someone would be out soon. A few hours later they called back for an update and was informed there were 2 people in front of them and the technician would be out soon. Called back a few hours later for an update and 2 turned into 3 and the lady on the phone told me they’d call back with an update. Called at 5:40pm for an update since NOONE called back. My family member was then told they don’t take calls after 5 and that no one would make it out to see them at all. Which didn’t quite make sense because it claims to be a 24 hour business. She wouldnt have been as upset if she would’ve just be informed that the technician wouldn’t be able to make it out as intended. So instead her, her husband and children went without heat for ANOTHER night which could’ve been avoided with a little communication and honesty.
