I wish I could give negative stars! I have a brand new 2024 home and this is the only company in my area that is contracted to do warranty work.I called the manufacturer; they told me to call Precision and they will take care of me under the warranty on both parts and labor. I called Precision and the woman had me spell my name at least 6 times, then told me multiple times they did not install my unit. I explained to her I understand that. It was delivered with the unit already installed (manufactured home), but they are the warranty provider in my area. She said she needed to make some calls and call me back.I in turn called the manufacturer again to request them to please recommend me someone else. While I was on the phone with them, I heard a representative in the background talking on the phone to Precision about my case. I heard the woman tell her if they do the work today, they will have a check out to them by Friday and I was covered for both parts and labor. Unfortunately,The manufacturer told me this was the only person they have in my area, so I hung up and waited for Precision to call me back.I assumed there would be no issue since I heard her conversation and that hey told her I was covered for parts and labor, and she would be paid. Precision calls me back and told me they will only fix it if I pay them cash. My unit is only 5 months old and the one warranty company that is contracted won't fix it.I figure they are going to make me pay for the work, then turn around a file a claim and get paid again. I would not use these people EVER! Even if they were the last A/C company on the face of the earth. HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.We called another company; they told us they hear a lot of complaints about Precision and their business practices and completely understood. They sent someone out to fix our issue and did not charge us a dime. That is what customer service is and that is how you win long time customers.

I wish there was a 0 star option! The lady in the office is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever tried to hold a conversation with. I fought with her for over a month for an order to be processed. One day she had the order, the next she said she never received it. Every time I called, she said she would call back with an answer and I never heard from her. 14 calls…14 calls of her rudeness, 14 times she said she would find out and call me back, 14 attempts on my part to let them do the job they were hired to do. 6 weeks later…we are using a different company because Precision Air failed to do what they were paid to do!!!

It took them forever to even get out and get it installed and then I had to call them back several times because of issues. Since my heating unit was installed in June I didn’t take the time to even make sure that the heater working(no need for a Heater in Texas in June) I was just over this company. Well it is now November and I have tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t come on. I called the company and ask them if they could come out and make sure everything is hooked up correctly. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that I needed to contact my home warranty company or pay them an $80 diagnostic fee. I end up calling the home warranty company and they dispatched another Company(LEE A/C and Electric:ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!) to come out and assess the situation. The guy was there for less than 10 minutes only to find out they hadn’t even turned the unit on. He took two screws off took the front face plate off and quickly said “well it might would work if they did turn the switch on.” I contacted precision air got the same secretary who was completely nonchalant about my concerns. Her response was “I don’t know what to tell you”. I called the home warranty company and asked them to consider taking them off the list of contractors. Now after reading some of these reviews I see I’m not the only one. I will never suggest anyone use this company and I will never use them again. Beware steer clear of Precision!

I want to say Precision Air came to deliver my AC unit today spoke to Ms.DJ. she was so helpful and nice and friendly and Mr. Randy and his son came out to put my unit in and they were so friendly and nice they did a wonderful job I recommend them to anyone who needs a AC unit call Precision AC...if I can give them a rating higher than 5 awesome people

If I could make this a negative, I would. The guy absolutely does not know what he is doing. He made the situation worse. I was using my home warranty and ended up having to call a third company. DO NOT USE them!!! The women who answered the phone is rude as hell too.
