Justin very professional and knowledgeable. I have heard of Plan B A/C from The MJ Morning show and I am usually skeptical about advertising unless it was word of mouth referral but their service was great and like as advertised they only recommended what is needed and no more. I will use them again and recommended them too.

I do not recommend this company. I called Plan B AC because my compressor went out. They charged me over $1,000 more than other quotes, promising they’d have the part 5–10 days sooner and I had 3 kids home for summer so I thought more money ment faster and more reliable service. That wasn’t true and the new part failed after just a month.It took another month of my family living in the heat and fighting with them before they came back under “warranty.” Even then, they charged me an additional $600 (they originally tried to bill $2,000 more) to replace a part they did not install correctly or diagnose the additional problems with the system.To make matters worse, before completing the repair they made me sign paperwork stating I could no longer call them for any future issues with my system.Since the second repair, my AC does run, but now my air handler whistles loudly in my living room — it was completely silent before their work. Both technicians struggled to fill the Freon properly, and the second tech had to bang on my handler to get it to work and now im stuck with a whistle.This company also quoted me over $5,000 more than three other local competitors for a full system replacement. Based on my experience, Plan B AC is overpriced, unreliable, and more interested in upselling than fixing problems correctly. Now I've spent over 5k with this company because they only know how to install new units vs proper diag and repair.The Consumer Review Fairness Act(CRFA) of 2016 prevents businessesfrom using form contracts to stopconsumers from writing honestreviews or to penalize them for doingso. It makes clauses that restrictreviews, require consumers to give upintellectual property rights in theirreviews, or impose penalties fornegative feedback void. The lawprotects reviews in any media andaims to prevent the widespread usecontract terms that could suppressnegative feedback.

Plan B AC, LLC has been great as a homeowner. They are easy to schedule, came out quickly, diagnosed the issue fast, and had our AC up and running in no time. The tech, Justin, was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without any upselling. Pricing was fair and transparent.
