Andy M. took measurements and pictures of all that would take to give us different plans to make a decision on which unit to install. He walked us through the process, setting a date of installation, payment options and the process of receiving copies of our paperwork & warranty. We are pleased. 7/18/25: The service was fantastic! Very professional with updates throughout the visit until the technician arrived. We even received a text and email with the technician’s name and picture; which was appreciated. The technician Jerry C. was very knowledgeable, willing to give explanations, answer questions and helpful. Very polite and professional down to vacuuming the carpet after the job was completed. Jerry also helped us in reviewing the different options in fixing and/or replacing the unit. Assisting us in making an appointment to speak to someone in the department of replacing the unit. We highly recommend this company to fix AC unit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Outstanding Service!We had an electrical issue that left parts of our home without power, and the technician who came out was amazing. He found the problem immediately, explained everything clearly, and solved it with speed and precision. On top of that, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. We felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Romeo Garcia replaced our kitchen faucet. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Every time we have had CCAC come to our house they have been great! Highly recommend!
