Christian came out for the first time using Travis Crawford. The texts and notifications and even a text that allows you to track where the tech is at are awesome. I haven’t had my unit serviced in years due to the crazy prices of the “big guys” Christian is very knowledgeable and thorough, taking lots of pictures a long the way for documentation. He uses analogies that would help most people understand what going on with your system to help people understand. There was zero pressure to do any of the recommended fixes right away and I was provided with a quote for the fixes by email. I would recommend Travis Crawford to anyone.

Christian was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, a great combination for a good service tech. He explained everything he was doing before and after the service call. He was patient and listened attentatively to all of our questions. We felt comfortable asking clarifying questions because he seemed genuinely concerned that we understood the issues and were satisfied with his answers as well as the work he performed. He explained all cost-related issues thoroughly without any pressure or impatience. We purchased the annual maintenance service and believe we made a good choice with the thoroughness of the service's Christian provided. Our exterior condensing coil looks like new! Christian seemed to take great pride in his work and definitely was focused on complete customer satisfaction. Thanks Travis Crawford!

Alex Fowell and George Wilson did a great job with the new duct work! Alex was kind enough to go out of his way to go back to the shop and get a portable unit on Monday after duct installation. 5 star rating for both! Tuesday we had another team member(shop manager) bring another portable over quickly to supplement the first portable. All around great work by every team member involved. I would highly recommend Travis Crawford and his team in the future.

The team at Travis Crawford HVAC & Plumbing are amazing. Cody came out today for routine maintenance and I was impressed with how thorough his inspection and review of the systems was. I've worked with dozens of heating and air companies over the years and this was my best experience yet.
