I set up multiple companies to give us an estimate on whole house generator. Most companies came out and took some pictures spent 10-15 minutes with me. Infinites sale representative Rob did a very thorough inspection opening up distribution panels taking measurements. Then we when inside and discussed in detail the system to use. I am a retired electrician. Rob answered all my questions. Infinite took care of all the permits for the county required plus required forms we needed for HOA approval. Once all required permits were complete. I was given a schedule for installation. Concrete pad pour Wednesday, generator and transfer switch installation Friday and on Monday propane tank burial. Alejandro and Mike were the installation and testing techs. Easy to talk with and explained any question I had. I highly recommend this company owed by Vinny it was an easy process . I would highly recommend this company! Prompt and quick, came out within days of calling to setup evaluation of what we needed. Gave us multiple solutions and estimates on what we could do to help with our AC needs. Scheduled work to be done and they were out days later to take care of us! Great prices, service and communication! The guys that came out were very polite and professional. Explained everything as well as cleaned up when they were done!
