High Country Heating & Air Reviews
We high recommend Andy and his crew. We was getting concerned we would not be able to find anyone to help put in our mini splits. Andy and his crew are fast. Nice clean and professional work. Our systems look amazing and works amazing. Can’t say enough about this team! Thanks Andy!
Jul 21, 2024 · Kevin QueenWe had the displeasure of dealing with Kenny at this company. Our house is new construction and a heating strip went out on the coldest weekend in Feb 2016. He came out on a Saturday after our builder contacted him but did nothing other than point a heat gun around and say it would take a while for the house to heat up. He never looked at the system inside or out. We ran the system for 48 hours and it never got above 57 degrees. Due to this our electric bill was through the roof for that weekend which I have proof of from the power company. I called Kenny to discuss and he verified the following week they did have to replace the heating strip, and also installed a wifi thermostat which we had purchased. They removed the old thermostat (which was brand new and worked fine) without our permission which is theft. He became very defensive when I explained I needed to have the other thermostat returned and when I mentioned the power bill he said he was "not going to Mickey Mouse around with me and he was done with me" and rudely hung up the phone. He is very condescending in his attitude toward women, preferring to speak to my husband, apparently also thinks it is OK to hang up on customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects to be treated with respect and good customer service, not to mention his product failed within the first 2 months of use.
