★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a challenging problem going on with my heating system that was hard to diagnose. Having a maintenance plan is great. Albert came out on a cold Friday night as the roads were starting to ice and got things running well enough to get me through the cold weekend. Albert was super nice and willing to keep trouble shooting until the problem was solved. He came out a few different times and spent a good deal of time on the phone with the system manufacturer. Elizabeth, in the scheduling office, was also very kind and considerate of the challenge I was facing. She was always very helpful. Sometimes the follow through between what the techs said needed to be done (like a part being ordered) didn't happen without me calling so just call and then you'll get taken care of. In the end, Albert brought their lead tech, Cameron, out with him to walk through all the weird symptoms, etc. They came around 4:00 and Cameron didn't leave until after 7:00. He stuck around and kept checking on different aspects of the situation to make sure we were trying everything out. I overheard him say he had another call to go to but he never got impatient or rushed the work he was doing to make sure I was taken care of. It's been working great since then and I will definitely be renewing my maintenance plan! Thanks to Elizabeth, Albert and Cameron for handling a challenging situation really well. I appreciate it!

When we called to have the situation addressed, they said they would gladly do it for $2k per unit. Wut? They installed them improperly and now want $4k to fix it.Don’t use these guys. They will screw you over.Find a small company. These guys are too big to care about their customers.

He was efficient and took the time to explain the problem and fix. Next call will be on Monday to get a service contract. Thanks Charles!

Next, salesperson Justin was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and had a vast of information to share. No pressure at all. Lastly, the installation service was great. Both guys Tony and Jay were professional and made sure to keep my house clean during the entire time even laying protective plastic down to protect floors. After hours on call guy Cameron was also awesome. I would highly recommend Gentry! Thanks to everyone!
