Service is absolutely amazing. I would recommend Randy to anyone. He is super professional, honest, kind, and just great all the way around. I have had emergency air situations in the past and he has cooled my kids and I down as quick as possible. This kind of service is the kind that you hear about in stories from older generations that seems to be hard to find these days. Honesty is a big deal to me and he is by far the most honest AC tech I have used. I have had some terrible experiences in the past. Luckily someone told me to call him on one of those experiences. I am so glad I made that call. I will never use anyone again but Randy with Dexair. I wish I could give 10 stars because he and his crew deserve it.

Hands down as the BEST experience that I have EVER had with an air conditioning/HVAC Service Company! Our ac quit on us last Saturday, and our usual ac technician is out of state until November-YIKES!, right? After almost a week of having no luck with finding someone who was available to come out right away, I was BLESSED to be referred to Dexter of DexAir Services. I called him late Wednesday afternoon, and he gave me an appointment for Friday morning. He wound up being delayed an hour on the job he had scheduled before mine, and did he just leave me hanging, wondering why he didn't show up at our confirmed time? NO, people! He contacted me and let me know that he was delayed. That alone was massively impressive, yet it gets even better! After his arrival, this guy finds the problem within TEN minutes of inspecting the unit. Then, and get this; within LESS than 15 minutes Dexter had our ac blowing cold air again. My mind was blown! Folks, I am now a DexAir Services customer for Life. Dexter impressed me as a man of integrity, who truly believes that his customers deserve to get what we're paying him for: Good, Reliable, Honest, and Quality SERVICE. That's why I highly recommend this company!

We purchased a very old, HUD (foreclosed) property that needed extensive repairs. The HVAC unit was inoperable. We had 4 different local heating/air technicians come and give us the same ‘diagnoses’ for around $100 each. Everyone said it would need replacing. Each gave a quote accordingly. (Between $5k-20k for new units: one included new ducts and placement of a unit for our attic… which is better suited for our home; but out of budget). Then comes Mr. Poindexter- he spent a fraction of the time making observations and then TURNED THE UNIT ON!That was six years ago. He has come out and been the only professional to accurately fix the unit since. When he has been unavailable we spent $300 to have someone else repair parts and spent a week without AC waiting for them to arrive and be installed…Mr. Poindexter is our absolute first choice in making service calls for our heating/air system. He has ultimately saved us THOUSANDS of dollars just by having an extensive understanding of his trade, being honest, and not over charging.When I came to leave a review I was shocked that there was only one other review provided. I was never asked to leave a review: and based on his popularity I’d say most of his patronage is word of mouth.If you call him- either he or his partner will show up… not a 12 year old new grad (sorry, but larger companies save money by hiring out inexperienced technicians and that costs the customer more money and time….ask me how I know).Best place to get the work done right. Hands down.
